I should note, the location isn't terrible, but it is slightly inconvenient. It is 15min out of town, walking downhill (25min back, walking uphill). However, be aware, roads in Mykonos have poor sidewalks and cars rarely obey pedestrian crosswalks so walking up and down the road can be very unnerving/dangerous. There is a bus stop right across the street and another one where the "Paradise" bus drops you off in front of the hotel. However, you do have to wait for these buses (about every half hour) and if you're trying to go into the town, and then traveling to other areas of the island, bus travel can add up. Remember, the only bus that picks you up here is the paradise bus, so unless you are always going to paradise beach, to get to other areas you have to take one bus into town (1.60 euro) and then another to whichever beach you're going to (1.60euro up to 4 euro for super paradise). Alternatively, you can catch the bus to paradise (1.60 euro) and take the little boat there to other beaches (5-6 euro).
Also, of course, renting a vehicle or cabbing (expensive!) is also a choice.
If you're willing to deal with this, it really isn't too bad. It just may be an inconvenience.
Great service, kind staff-very accommodating, cheap breakfast, good price, comfortable rooms, well cleaned, nice bathrooms
The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made note of our arrival and departure time so they could pick us up/drop us off. They were incredibly helpful and provided lots of information on how to get around.
Some comments have noted that it is a "small breakfast". It is 6 Euro for a decent sized meal. There is cereal, cake, juice, coffee (with varieties), ham, bread, cheese, yoghourt, fruit salad, honey, biscuits, fruits (apples, oranges). As you can guess, it is a very reasonable breakfast considering the cost.
