Το απλό δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει έγινε Upgrade σε σουίτα. Ήταν πανέμορφα! Το δωτάτιο ήταν λαξευμένο μέσα στον βράχο και είχε θέα στην Καλδέρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ταμπέλες ώστε να το βρίσκεις πιο εύκολα αν και με ένα τηλ ήρθε άνθρωπος να μας συναντήσει στον κεντρικό δρόμο και να μας βοηθήσει με τα πράγματα, οπότε δεν ήταν πρόβλημα τελικά. |

The Mill Houses is an excellent choice if you are visiting Santorini! The staff is extra helpfull and most of all polite and friendly. The view was incredible. I would most definitely stay there again..! My best regards to all the staff and a big thank you to all for making my holidays in santorini memorable!!! |

it was just amazing.Everything was so perfect.I wish we could stay more.The view was magnificent and the staff very friendly and kind.The breakfast was fresh and healthy.Everything was way better than we were expecting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ηταν καταπληκτικο.Μακαρι να μπορουσαμε να μεινουμε κι'αλλο.Η θεα ηταν απιστευτη μαγικη και το προσωπικο πολυ φιλικο, καλο και εξυπηρετικο. |

The Mill Houses was just superb and worth every cent. The service was impeccable. We were greated at the port and transfered directly to the Mill Houses where we were amazed by the sea-view, the room service breakfast, it is exactly how the pictures on the website are - sheer amazing. It was the perfect end to a perfect holiday. Can't wait to go back! |

Everything was perfect!! The best part was the great service! The staff was really polite, they picked us up at the port and drop us at the airport, they were really friendly. The room service breakfast very good and the hotel was just great. Thank you for all..Mano!! |

The Mill Houses is immaculate and our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a view of the Caldera that was breathtaking.The staff is always available and very helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and our luggage was taken up and down a few stairwells to our room by the helpful staff. The free internet is a nice added touch too. |

Beautiful view, cleanliness, breakfast, service, design, special attention to customers ( my wife birthday), good selection of music (cd's) to bring in the room, outstanding swimming pool. tranquillity, and charm. |

Staff were tremendous. The Mill Suite, with hot tub, was the best. Lots of room, all amenities, and the view is as good as anything on the entire island. Breakfast is great, hot tub was high quality yet small. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Get the Mill Suite Pool was too cold to use in fall. October is a fairly slow season in Santorini. |

The service is outstanding and the location ideal being centrally located in the quiet and picturesque village of Firostefani, about 10-15 min walking distance away from Fira. It's like heaven on earth! It's the quintessential Santorini cave-style, small boutique hotel with careful attention to details. We loved the champagne upon arrival! We were two friends travelling together and as widows, we never once felt out of place or uncomfortable in the hotel's honeymoon-intimate setting. Thank you to the wonderful crew of Manolis, Yiannis, Mrs. Sofia, Pilot, Ana and the Mylos Cafe gal who brought our breakfast every morning. They made my trip to Santorini unforgetable and I will go back and stay there again in a heartbeat. As an aside, I would like to mention that we had no running water on our last day of stay and we were told that it was Santorini's water problem as opposed to the hotel's. We didn't mind at all as they were very apologetic and accommodating by offering the Hotel Sofia for us to use. That was great customer service!!! However, there are many people who would not easily comprehend situations like this. Perhaps, a water cistern could help alleviate the problem. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the complementary breakfast on our balcony. The location was just right--not too far from shopping and restaurants and not too close to the bustle of tourists. |

The cave suite was huge,romantic and beautiful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The view was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The ventilation in the cave suite was not the greatest due to no windows beyond the entrance side--a minor quibble. |

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and it was exactly as portrayed on the website. Our private balcony overlooked the Caldera and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets every night. The staff were superb, particularly Andreas who was always on hand to look after us and always wore a friendly smile. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Santorini. An enjoyable walk along the cliff to the main town of Fira. |

Hotel manager and staff did everything possible, to make it a memorable stay. Direct pick up from port to hotel, welcome sparkling wine at arrival, breath taking views from hotel balcony, Greek music played inside traditional cave-like hotel room, and the best of all - we were offered a free upgrade to suite as we checked in. It all made us feel special. |

Everything! This was an amazing hotel and our room and service was wonderful. This was for our honeymoon and the stay at Mill Houses Suites made it extra special. The view is amazing! Every morning we loved sitting on our private balcony eating our large brekfeast. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for nightlife and sightseeing in Fira but far enough away for quiet mornings and time to watch the sunset Our room didn't have a radio but we brought our own...other than that it was perfect! |

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Indepedent rooms, eachone of them with its own 'personality'. The location is perfect, quite and very close to Fira and Hmerovigli, with a magnificent view. We could stay there for long, doing nothing... just capturing pictures of the view. The staff is very friendly and made us feeling like being at our home. A big thanks to all people there. If we want to find something, we could say that the breakfast should be more rich with some 'hot dishes'. |

Stunning view to the volcano and the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The hotel room design is lovely and modern with blue-white. The hotel design overall looks fantastic. It made us impressed at the first time we walked into. Breakfast and cleanliness services are just okay. The quality of foods is not good as it should be for 4-star hotel. For the first day we arrived, the floor of room was not cleansed well. Part of them were a bit grease and slip. And there is dust on the coverlet. Comparing to the prices, it is not good for value. |
