Las vistas y la atención del personal. Que necesitaramos ampliar nuestra estancia por un imprevisto y, dado que no había habitaciones, el "jefe" del hotel (Manolis Sigalas) nos intentó meter en un hotel de su propiedad habiendo habitaciones libres por los alrededores. Esto no sería negativo si no fuera porque de las 2 noches extra que necesitabamos, 1 nos puso en un hotel de al lado precioso y de luna de miel pero la otra fue en su hotel, que es mediocre y para nada apropiado para una pareja en luna de miel. |

La situación y las vistas son espectaculares; el personal maravilloso (no solo en atención, sino también en facilitar al viajero lo máximo posible su vieje: alquiler de coches/quads, recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc) y las habitaciones y el hotel en general es precioso y está muy bien decorado. Para un hotel de esa categoría sugeriría algunas cosas como el cambio y limpieza más continuada de ceniceros y cambio de botes de champú, gel, etc. diarios. |

Te recogen gratis en el aeropuerto y te llevan. El desayuno es fenomenal y las vistas impresionantes, de las mejores de la isla. El personal es muy amable y correcto |

Las impresionantes vistas que posee el hotel sobre la caldera y el volcan, así como las instalaciones del propio hotel y el trato de su personal. El hotel posee habitaciones que se encuentran fuera de las instalaciones del propio hotel, debiendo cruzar instalaciones privadas de otros hoteles para acceder a las mismas, por lo que te encuentras desplazado del conjunto del hotel. Nuestra habitación fue una de esas, por lo que parecía que habíamos alquilado una habitación a un particular. Esa información debería saberse con anterioridad. |

Everything was perfect!! The best part was the great service! The staff was really polite, they picked us up at the port and drop us at the airport, they were really friendly. The room service breakfast very good and the hotel was just great. Thank you for all..Mano!! |

The Mill Houses is immaculate and our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a view of the Caldera that was breathtaking.The staff is always available and very helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and our luggage was taken up and down a few stairwells to our room by the helpful staff. The free internet is a nice added touch too. |

Staff were tremendous. The Mill Suite, with hot tub, was the best. Lots of room, all amenities, and the view is as good as anything on the entire island. Breakfast is great, hot tub was high quality yet small. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Get the Mill Suite Pool was too cold to use in fall. October is a fairly slow season in Santorini. |

The service is outstanding and the location ideal being centrally located in the quiet and picturesque village of Firostefani, about 10-15 min walking distance away from Fira. It's like heaven on earth! It's the quintessential Santorini cave-style, small boutique hotel with careful attention to details. We loved the champagne upon arrival! We were two friends travelling together and as widows, we never once felt out of place or uncomfortable in the hotel's honeymoon-intimate setting. Thank you to the wonderful crew of Manolis, Yiannis, Mrs. Sofia, Pilot, Ana and the Mylos Cafe gal who brought our breakfast every morning. They made my trip to Santorini unforgetable and I will go back and stay there again in a heartbeat. As an aside, I would like to mention that we had no running water on our last day of stay and we were told that it was Santorini's water problem as opposed to the hotel's. We didn't mind at all as they were very apologetic and accommodating by offering the Hotel Sofia for us to use. That was great customer service!!! However, there are many people who would not easily comprehend situations like this. Perhaps, a water cistern could help alleviate the problem. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the complementary breakfast on our balcony. The location was just right--not too far from shopping and restaurants and not too close to the bustle of tourists. |

The cave suite was huge,romantic and beautiful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The view was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The ventilation in the cave suite was not the greatest due to no windows beyond the entrance side--a minor quibble. |

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and it was exactly as portrayed on the website. Our private balcony overlooked the Caldera and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets every night. The staff were superb, particularly Andreas who was always on hand to look after us and always wore a friendly smile. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Santorini. An enjoyable walk along the cliff to the main town of Fira. |

Hotel manager and staff did everything possible, to make it a memorable stay. Direct pick up from port to hotel, welcome sparkling wine at arrival, breath taking views from hotel balcony, Greek music played inside traditional cave-like hotel room, and the best of all - we were offered a free upgrade to suite as we checked in. It all made us feel special. |

Everything! This was an amazing hotel and our room and service was wonderful. This was for our honeymoon and the stay at Mill Houses Suites made it extra special. The view is amazing! Every morning we loved sitting on our private balcony eating our large brekfeast. |
