Everything was perfect!! The best part was the great service! The staff was really polite, they picked us up at the port and drop us at the airport, they were really friendly. The room service breakfast very good and the hotel was just great. Thank you for all..Mano!!

Beautiful view, cleanliness, breakfast, service, design, special attention to customers ( my wife birthday), good selection of music (cd's) to bring in the room, outstanding swimming pool. tranquillity, and charm.

Mill Houses provided amazing service, great location,friendly staff, spectacular views and an overall wonderful experience. We would absolutely recommend Mill Houses and would definitely stay there if we travel to Santorini again.

The service is outstanding and the location ideal being centrally located in the quiet and picturesque village of Firostefani, about 10-15 min walking distance away from Fira. It's like heaven on earth! It's the quintessential Santorini cave-style, small boutique hotel with careful attention to details. We loved the champagne upon arrival! We were two friends travelling together and as widows, we never once felt out of place or uncomfortable in the hotel's honeymoon-intimate setting. Thank you to the wonderful crew of Manolis, Yiannis, Mrs. Sofia, Pilot, Ana and the Mylos Cafe gal who brought our breakfast every morning. They made my trip to Santorini unforgetable and I will go back and stay there again in a heartbeat.

As an aside, I would like to mention that we had no running water on our last day of stay and we were told that it was Santorini's water problem as opposed to the hotel's. We didn't mind at all as they were very apologetic and accommodating by offering the Hotel Sofia for us to use. That was great customer service!!! However, there are many people who would not easily comprehend situations like this. Perhaps, a water cistern could help alleviate the problem.

The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and it was exactly as portrayed on the website. Our private balcony overlooked the Caldera and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets every night. The staff were superb, particularly Andreas who was always on hand to look after us and always wore a friendly smile. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Santorini. An enjoyable walk along the cliff to the main town of Fira.

The steps to the street could be a problem for older travellers

Excellent service.

Stunning view to the volcano and the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The hotel room design is lovely and modern with blue-white. The hotel design overall looks fantastic. It made us impressed at the first time we walked into.

Breakfast and cleanliness services are just okay. The quality of foods is not good as it should be for 4-star hotel. For the first day we arrived, the floor of room was not cleansed well. Part of them were a bit grease and slip. And there is dust on the coverlet. Comparing to the prices, it is not good for value.

We picked this hotel in large part because of the excellent reviews on Booking.com. We were not disappointed! Staff was so friendly and caring. The views were excellent and the cliff side stay was all we hoped for!

This was not a detration for us, but there were many steps to get down to our hotel...it was well worth the hike everyday, but this hotel is not for the handicapped or those who don't enjoy exercise!
