Pool Drinks Peaceful location
Hilly - but all Fira is! Lack of evening restaurant
Eva was fabulous she recommended wonderful restaurants was a very lovely host Pool was very clean, views terrific and location was perfect for us quiet and loved watching the donkeys come home everyday
Nothing to complaint.
Perfect little family run hotel!
the view was lovely quiet atmosphere the pool area breakfast was very good short walk uphill to the town was good for us one night we wanted a take away and the lady even helped us and ordered it for us!
Large room. Nice pool. Friendly staff.
Steep, long, uphill walk to town on busy roads with no footpath or verge. Plain breakfast.
We absolutely loved Eva and her daughter Evgenua. They were so helpful and accommodating. Two such beautiful ladies and very hard working. We have never been to a hotel before where we have been treated so well.
We couldn't get wi fi, no TV reception, and no water in our room if other guests were having a shower. Breakfast would have been better than just having one choice of cereal, one choice of bread, and a toaster would have been nice. Not too much to ask.
The two managers mrs and her daughter God Bless
Best Service EVER! We really loved this hotel! The manager has gone the extra mile to help us. There are only 40 taxis in the whole Island and after we waited so long we decide to walk it but got lost. When we called the hotel the main manager came to pick us up. She also drop us off the bus station at our return. The hotel's pool is extremely clean and the hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. My only advice is to get a quad bike or a car as you need to go uphill to get to the main square but then you need some sort of transport in Santorini anyway as there is a shortage of public transports.
The hotel is great, good pool, not too far from Thira (bit of a walk up a hill but bearable). Some rooms are better than others.
We we're put in what felt like a broom cupboard but didn't think much of it. Our Bathroom then started to flood and it took us some serious pushing with the staff to get us moved. They finally moved us into another room at 1am and we were moved into another too the next day. A bit of moving around was annoying but the most annoying part was there was no apology. Staff could have dealt with it better
Everything. From amazingly friendly staff, Eva and her daughter Evangelina were more than helpful, offered so many suggestions on where to go, and what to do in Santorini. We could not believe that we could get Gyros delivered to the hotel to eat by the pool from one of best Gyros places in Santorini, no delivery charge, even for just a single $2 Euro Gyros. Love it!`
Nothing, everything was great
At first a bit hesitant to be outside of town, but the short walk into the center gave just enough space from the very busy and touristy Fira center. Staff were helpful and kind. Had a wonderful time and if staying in Fira would definitely stay here again.
The staff was great and very helpful especially manager Evangelia Kaika. We had a late arrival and were hungry. She recommended a great nearby beach restaurant and personally drove us and another couple to dinner and picked us up at the end. She also drove us into town a couple of times.
although 600 meters from center of town, its uphill. We had a great workout walking there, easy coming back down hill.
The Management & Staff, particular praise for Eva and her Daughter Evgenia, who could not do enough to make our stay an enjoyable one. All the staff at this small complex were friendly, hard working and efficient.
Having to leave to come home!
Super friendly staff who were always ready to help. The facilities were great (we were in a very large room great for our family of 4 - the 2 person rooms I saw were quite small.) Great pool/patio setup. 15 minute walk to the center of Fira.
The staff are genuinely amazing. Thoughtful, kind and considerate. Pool was great. Views were lovely. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.
We had a 5month old and the hotel is down a fairly steep and poorly lit road. Breakfast is fairly basic. However this is a genuinely lovely hotel and you won't be disappointed if you book.
The owner and the staff of the hotel was very friendly with us and they gave us some very good information about the island.
The room was small.
- The staff was very friendly and helpful - Great breeze from the sea - Decent breakfast - Beautiful place in terms of exterior design - A nice pool area and the windmill really adds to the general atmosphere. - Location: on one hand, it is fair because it's not too far from the town of Fira, and the beach to the east is accessible by foot as well. It is probably much more quiet that Firas' center. But if you're travelling on foot, you'll find the walk to Fira difficult and dangerous at night.
- Slow WiFi in our room. We had to step outside to get a signal sometimes. - The streets to Fira are dark and there's no sidewalk
Lovely staff, beautiful pool & great value for Fira. 10-15min walk into town (uphill)
Patchy wifi (normal for Greece), kitchen poorly stocked if you plan to use it (which I didn't but just fair warning for people expecting to cook - no pots/pans etc)
The drill very original . Breakfast fine. Staff great and helpful. City center is nearby
large steps no wardrobe but no problem for short stay
very kind staff and nice swimming pool. Pretty low price with such nice room. 出超所值。有网有早饭有游泳池。
15~20 min walk (with slope) to main street to Fira center. But it`s not so hard to find the road.位置有一点点偏，进出的路有坡拖箱子比较痛苦。但是路不难找。
Milos Vilas was absolutely lovely. I've got the best services ever in my life. The hotel staff came to the bus station to pick us up and he gave us a ride to the bus station 4 times whenever we wanted to go out. Although we stayed at the hotel for a day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at a hotel and gave us a ride back to bus station at 11pm because we had a ferry at 12:30am. The service was definitely exceptional. To be honest, the hotel is located quite far from the main bus station- 20m walking distance so if you have a car, this hotel suits you the most. The swimming pool was excellent and the night view from the hotel was awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. I am sure I won' be able to meet such nice staff in any other hotels.
Breakfast could have been better with vegetable
The design of the villa from the first side of view
The location is too far if compared to others. Staffs are not always friendly as it depends on situation. Not trustworthy.
Great to be away from the crowds. Staff was very helpful in arranging for a tour and car rental. We called on the morning of our noon arrival and they were able to arrange pick up from the airport for 5 of us. Wonderful pool.
Although it is great to be away from the crowds, it is a bit of a hike uphill to get to the town. We rely heavily on the internet for work. Although there is wifi in the rooms, with our room location we could not connect and had to go into the hallway or use the wifi connection in the reception area. My grown children had no issues in their room.
I just want to say how happy I was about staying at Milos villas. And a special thanks to Eva for making our stay in Santorini unforgettable. Alex and Sammi.
