Breakfast buffet includes fresh oranges and an electric juicer so you can make your own fresh orange juice. Also, excellent location, right next to the Public Municipal Gardens and a block or two from the Public Market.

Front Desk staff were told 3 times (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings) that there were lights out on the stairs between floors. This was a safety issue that was not resolved during our 3 night stay. Also, at the breakfast buffet, the eggs and bacon were in a covered dish but there was no heat source underneath to keep them warm.

Hotel very well located. Staff friendly.

The bath had a lot of black around it and the the plastic curtains had a lot of stains. That part put me off. The breakfast was not great.. During all my stay, not once fresh bread was served. there was only coffee and a few herbal tea bags for hot drink. I believe they could have added some proper tea bags. There was a small machine to make orange juice but it really needs updating as well as the toaster.

A bit hard to find but it worth the pain! Really good location near the city centre just 5 minutes walking, and garage for you car so you don't need to worry about it! Friendly staff and clean room!

Hot water not really working maybe because of the really warm weather and air conditioned not brilliant but it was enough to leave the window open!

It's staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was centrally located, a short walk from the old town and harbour, and it was easy to find thanks to the online directions. Most importantly, the hotel had a small underground car park which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Otherwise, I think it would be difficult to find a free car parking spot near most hotels based in central Chania. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.

Excellent location right next to the public garden, all balconies have a nice view of the park. The nearby street is a bit noisy, though (normal traffic noise, as to be expected in the city center). Short walk past nice shops to the market hall and the old town. Convenient that it offers a garage. Very nice, helpful and professional staff, from reception to breakfast service (freshly-pressed delicious orange juice from local produce!).

the otherwise fine breakfast buffet could do with offering also some local cheese (good advertisement for the delicious local products!); the carpeted floors in the rooms unfortunately hold bad smells like cigarette smoke rather well.

We loved the art deco style of the exterior and entrance hall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice of either hot, cold or sweet stuff! -or if you have the appetite - all of it. There was coffee and a selection of teas available, you can order a speciality coffee at a small charge - they do a good Cappucino Freddo!! The rooms were clean and the A/C very acceptable, complementary toiletries (great if travelling with hand luggage). Although in a very central location the rooms were quiet and overlooked the park, nice to end the day sitting on the balcony with a night cap. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and you can take a bus from the airport for €2.30 or a taxi for €23. Will go again!

Beautiful hotel very close to the bus station, which was our main purpose and the old part of the Chania. Elegant and quiet, with covered parking and offering plentiful hot breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and big with a balcony to the public gardens below and with a table and 2 chairs to contemplate them. There is also air conditioning in the rooms and wifi in the whole hotel. The staff were helpful and very friendly, definetely would go back if ever in Chania and I do recommend it to everyone visiting this lovely city.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is almost in the midst of the old town of Chania and very near to the City Bus Terminus. One can reach the old city harbor (Venetian Harbor), which is only about 10 minutes pleasant walk from the hotel. The hotel staffs were helping and informative. It can be an ideal choice for a budget stay near to the main old town and the shopping center.

The location is good and with a 5 minute walk you can be at the sea front. Staff is helpful and very polite. The underground car park that is provided to hotel guests is also very convenient. Fresh towels every day was a nice gesture.

The room was very small and the furniture old fashioned. The bathroom needs urgent maintenance work. The flow of water is very limited and the water temperature difficult to be regulated, from very cold to very very hot with a possibility to injure yourself. The worst being the fungus round the bathroom which means poor cleaning and disinfecting. The carpets also need replacement as well as the air-conditioning which was old, noisy and inefficient

The staff was very pleasant and helpful in advising me on how to get around. On my day of departure I was permitted to stow my suitcase in a safe location and, when I returned, the taxi was at the hotel on time to pick me up. It is a luxurious hotel and its accommodations are excellent. Moreover, the selections offered at the breakfast buffet was extremely generaous.

The hotel was well placed for the town and the overall impression of the hotel was first class. The staff were friendly and the buffet style breakfast was very good and included English breakfast as standard. Car parking facility was very useful as use of parking meters are the only available parking places near the hotel due to it's location in the town. Very quiet and comfortable hotel we would recommend this hotel.

Stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were friendly and gave us lots of information regarding sight-seeing in Chania. Also, it has its own car park!!

As others have said, the entrance is really nice, and the location is pretty good: close enough to the main attractions and shopping, and right next to a park.

The peacocks in the park! We had a room overlooking the park, and the noise from the peacocks was horrendous. Much worse than a rooster if you've ever heard that. If you're sensitive to noise, as for a room facing away from the park.
