My three days at Mirabello were very good. Its proximity to Lion Square (the centre of the city) and the extensive market area was perfect. The room was clean, a good size and soundproofed from the street noise, which I appreciated. The hotel’s rooftop patio had a view of the ocean which made for a nice escape from the city crowds. There was an excellent bakery 100 metres south (across from the Platia Agiou Titou), and a well-stocked grocery store on the same street, which provided everything needed for a budget conscious breakfast.

We stayed at the Mirabello Hotel for 1 night and were very pleased with it. It is just behind the Venetian port in Heraklion, convenient to lots of places to eat and drink. Our room was comfortable and clean, shared bathrooms were also clean. Staff we friendly and helpful, gave us maps and useful advice. Hotel decor is a little dated, but still in good repair.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. We had a room and then used the shared bathroom facilities which were always clean and available.

The staff was nice and was quick to fix a couple of problems we encountered. It is in a good location if you need to port and the airport is also easy to get to via city bus.

We enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff. We had a room with a large balcony complete with table and chairs which made a nice place for breakfast or a glass of wine.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the port. We arrived in the evening by ferry from Santorini and left the following AM. Hotel is older but clean and there is internet. Ask for the room not facing the front as it can get a bit noisy with traffic if you are a light sleeper. In the AM, we walked to the nearby square that has lots of cafes etc for breakfast. Overall, as expected and for the price, it offers what it should.

Super acceuil. Une grande et magnifique terrasse. A seulement 50 mètres du centre piéton mais sans le bruit. Et à 100 mètres du port. Je n'avais pas fait attention lors de la réservation, mais la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient communs dans le couloir. Seulememnt un filet d'eau sous la douche. La chambre était très petite. Ca fesait penser à une chambre de none. Le mobilier était ancien.

La situation au centre ville ! Pas trop de bruit car la chambre donnait sur une petite rue. Pour une étape d'une nuit , c'est correct et très pratique... Au centre ville proche du port et de l'aéroport !!!! Plus de 1m80 s'abstenir !!! Les lits sont minuscules et pas de double lits mais deux lits simples .... La plomberie en générale bof bof... L'hôtel n'a plus 20ans.....
