The boss is really very friendly. He helps you about everything. It's a family business, they are really sweet. All of the rooms have magnificant views. It's location is okay, 1 km to the center, on foot it might be hard, by taxi it costs 3.5 euros. If you dont care about the luxury you can stay here.

Sorry Gregory but I have to say, the hotel rooms should be renewed anymore. It's even too late to renew. Breakfast is acceptable due to low price. But could still be better. Reception could be cleaner, and more regular, I saw ms dos book at the top of table. It must have been there for 20 years :) But you can still stay in this hotel, because of great people gregory and his wife, if you arent prince or princess :)

The view from our balcony and the breakfast terrace was wonderful, a clear view of the vathy harbour. The included breakfast was good, the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. we liked the family feel, wooden decor and rotary dial phone in the room, unlike some reviewers we found it rather charming and not in need of an update. The bathroom was modern and clean which was the most important update for us.

excellent seaview in the rooms, staff is very kind and nice, they give so many valuabe information about Samos. Beds are alittle bit squeaky but that was a good memory for us. At that price it is a very good hotel.

The hotel is like from 1970's, it was like time travel for a night.

It is very old, obviously they haven't done any renovations for the last 20 years or so... It is not clean, all the other guests were complaining about the airconditioner not working, which left me a bit surprised having the only room with the aircondition working! The beverages were left from ages ago, I asked for a liquer and the owner had o throw the liquer away after tasting it, it was out of date.

We stayed there 7 days.We never saw the owner, mrs Litsa smiling. She was always in a bad mood answering in a rather unpolite way.Instead of being a hostess she was more like a jailer

The location is wonderful,from every room you have a lovely view.There is a nice,little beach at walking distance from the hotel and you can reach the town center in 20 minutes,a very pleasant walk. The hotel has a very nice,homely atmosphere, breakfast is served on a large terrace with a beautiful view and a lovely breeze even in the hottest days.All rooms have a nice balcony,a/c and small fridge,simple rooms but very clean indeed.

Staff, also owner , are very helpful. Location is good, very close to Gagou Beach, close to the Vathy port. The view from hotel rooms is excellent.

It is close to a perfect beach, the owners were very helpfull, the tavern they have advised is the best tavern I have visited so far.

Don't expect a very modern room.

Terrace view is stunning

Rooms at floor n.0 (which is underground) seem to be "second chance" rooms, I suppose first floor should be a better choice

The Hotel is at the very heart of the town, only a five minute walk to the port. The view from the rooms and terrace is wonderful. We felt that we wanted to stay for more but we had only the weekend. We had read on booking.com that the hotel does not have a good breakfast but I think they took into account these comments and the breakfast was very nice.

Friendly staff, very close to beach.

The location is great. It is just 3 minutes walk to beach. This is the best sea view hotel I have ever seen. Owners of hotel are really friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay someone,especially families,rooms very tidy and clean,fantastic seaview and excellent buffet-breakfast.Just 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes wallk till the central square.I Absolutely recomended it.

Άνετοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και μια υπέροχη βεράντα σχεδόν πάνω από την θάλασσα όπου παρακολουθώντας την αέναη εναλλαγή των εικόνων της σε συνδυασμό με τα απέναντι καταπράσινα βουνά του νησιού απολαμβάνεις ένα υπέροχο πρωινό.

Gogou plajına yakın olması, güleryüzlü personel, hizmet kalitesi, kahvaltısını sevdim.

Booking.com'dan rezervasyon yaptırdığım için belkimde alt kattaki odalardan biri verildi. Manzarası güzel olmasına karşın odada ağır bir koku vardı ve gece ürkütücü geldi. Tekrar kalabilecegim ama kaldığımda mutlaka üst kattaki odaları tercih edeceğim otel. Zira alt katta wireless çekmiyor.

Very convenient rooms, excellent breakfast,very friendly and helpful staff and above all a breathtaking seaview. I strongly recommend it !!!
