The owner, Nictariaus was exceptional! He really made our stay, every one of his recommendations were fantastic. He was always friendly and super helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, right in town, close to shopping, restaurants and the port. Easy to get a cab or rent a car/bike or catch a bus from here. The shared kitchen was great. Very charming place, highly recommended!

I enjoyed very much my stay at mme basia. The room was big and clean including all the necessary facilities (fridge, air-condition, tv, wi-fi internet). The owners and stuff were very friendly and helpful and the place is in a great spot, in the centre of Chania, in the beautiful old city and 2 min. walking to the old port were there are many nice bars and restaurants. It is surely a value for money case for your stay in Chania.

The location of this hotel is very nice, in the old town so we are near the restaurants, the harbor and the shops. The owner is very nice. The room was quite big with a balcony. However for the price it is a good hotel for a big city like Chania.

The main bad point that was not written is that the street is not reachable by car. If you have a car you need to park in the street (we found some little streets where it was free at almost 500m) so the first time you arrive you don't know what to do. The bathroom was ok, but as there is no separate shower the water is spreading quite everywhere in the bathroom when you take a shower.

Location, individual, stylish, very clean and comfortable, good clean lovely crispy cotton bedding regularly changed and clean towels - no hidden charges for air conditioning kitchen area to sit in and eat breakfast or whatever. The provision of a safe storage area for our cases and shower and change area for our last day, so we could enjoy the beach for another day before our return flight.

Some of the fittings although very stylish need a little more T.L.C. for example the curtain rail to the balcony area was not fixed, and the end caps kept falling off the rail! This location is in the center of the old town so parking close by was not available - (although this was a small price to pay for a fantastic location).

The location was brilliant and the staff could't have been more friendly and helpful.

The rooms are just ok, nothing spectacular, but the bathrooms in our rooms were very small, that wouldn´t be so dramatic, but the showers were really bad, sometimes no water at all, sometimes ice cold, sometimes very hot, I travelled with my parents and they were very angry about it. Never there again!!, It is more a hostel, that´s no hotel at all.

I like the location. It is very easy to get any necessary places: beach, bus stops, shops and cafes. The possibility to cook by myself and using all necessary things. It is very clear and comfortable.

We loved our stay in "Mrs. B." I would describe more this establishment of boarding that hotel so you feel at home. The home is exceptional, warm, professional, the location perfect (near the bus station, in a pedestrian street, near the port, the sea...) We recommend without reservation and with pleasure this institution and we will return there with great pleasure if the opportunity represented.

We liked the place very much. The owner is very kind and helpfull. The place has an excellent location. They relation between price and place is very good. and it was coffe and tea available and free all times. Also there is an small kitchen that everybody could use to make cold plates. Le patron est super sympa et serviable. Ne pas hésiter à lui demander des conseils. La cuisine à disposition est très appréciable. La situation dans les rues piétonnes est très bien et très calme (séjour en Avril). La chambre est située à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare routière, pratique pour arriver, repartir et faire des excursions. Avec la chambre un petit déjeuner dans un bar/restaurant avoisinant est pratique et copieux, mais finalement nous avons préféré la cuisine commune, et prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon.

Accueil très sympathique de Nectarios. L'hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville, très central et plus calme que sur le port. Jolie décoration de la chambre et du patio. situation en plein centre-ville, pourquoi pas!

Bruyant, lits jumeaux pour les 2 couples. Pas si bien. Petite douche restreinte. Pas de vrai petit-déjeuner; Nous n'avons vu personne le matin, vu que c'était la fête de Pâques ortodoxe, mais bon, pour les routards, parfait rapport-qualité-prix.

Ho soggirnato qui 2 volte nel giro di 7 giorni ed entrambe le volte abbiamo ricevuto una camera tripla anzichè una doppia con un minuscolo ma graziosissimo balconcino sulla strada pedonale dove si trova l'albergo. Camera molto grande, pulita e una cucina comune dove si trova un po' tutto l'essenziale per uno spuntino o un caffè. Posizione ottima (nella zona pedonale), a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus e dal porto vecchio. Gentile lo staff che peraltro lavora nel negozio di sotto

Qualche gradino di troppo per arrivare nella camera, ma non è stato un problema per noi
