The owners were a lovely couple who went out of their way to accomodate us. The rooftop patio is lovely. We had rooms right next to the patio with a small kitchenette and it was very convenient for our family. They agreed to a very late check out which was very nice of them. |

First the people!both took us with their car,and help alot,The hospitality was very warm.Then,comes the sea view and the location.You can see the boats at the port,and steps take you down to the restorants and to the port. |

The owners were extremily kind and picked us up in the port on arrival and then drove us to the airport, when we should depart. We were also offered free coffee. The roof terrace was lovely with a wonderful view of the town and port. |

The staff is very friendly, nice view of the marina from the room Beware that the taxi drivers will not want to bring you in front of the hotel (although not far from it). Howver if you phone Babis the staff is really helpfull and will come to your rescue. |

Staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome, always helped us out when we had questions or needed information. The terrace was next to my room and over my 2 week stay I spent many evenings there overlooking the port. The position is excellent for going into town at night but also not too far from the beaches. Rooms were cleaned well every day. Excellent, I would definetly return to Babis if I go to Skiathos again. |

Very friendly owners,excellent location(with wonderful view over the harbour),very clean rooms,amazing value for money. The water supply was often cut,but that was a general problem of Skiathos and nothing to blame the hotel of. |

The pension is located in an excellent position, in a quiet area only one minute walking from the main streets. The view from the room is breathtaking. Yota and her husband were extremely helpful and always went out of their way. I would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it. |

The splendid view. Convenience to all amenities in Skiathos. Lovely people. Friendly and helpful. Provided transport from and to the airport. The Island had water cuts during our stay. This frustrated us a bit for 2 of the days we were on the island. |

This was our second stay at Babis & we decided to return there based on the wonderful hospitality extended to us by Yiota and her family. The ideal location of the hotel made transportation to the various beaches easy as well as being within walking distance to the centre of the town. All of this plus the magical view from the communal top balcony!! We will definitely be going back again some time soon!! |

The hotel is a short distance from the harbour,shops and bars and restaurants but quiet.The view from our room overlooked the harbour and there was a small balcony as well as a large communal roof terrace.The owners were very helpful and could accomadate everything we asked for. Not applicable.The brief but steep inclin was more than compensated for by the location and views |

One of those few places that look better in reality than on the pictures... Great, helpful, kind and friedly hosts. Nice, confy and clean rooms. Magnificent view on a extremely competitive price. Two thumbs up - visiting Skiathos we'll use Babis again |
