Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage des Hotels sind ausserordentlich lobenswert. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Badezimmer erfüllte unsere Ansprüche. Die tolle Ambiance im Thalasso Spa Center ist zudem erwähnenswert. Die Architektur des Hotels passt gut zur Umgebung. Die Balkone sind zwar schön ausgerichtet, allerdings äusserst klein. |

i cant express how beautiful this hotel is! its amazing with excellent facilities with a good location platys gilos.the view is amazing its takes your breath away. the room luxurious with so much comfort. we loved the spa which offered a treatment called thallasotherapy free for 2 people.this has to be experienced. nothing bad to say loved our stay here |

Spa was the best about the hotel, although services were expensive they were very relaxing and the staff were excellent. The only things I thought were lacking with the hotel was the quality of the food verses price, poor quality food associated with a high price. The cleaning staff were also very pushy bursting into your room without warning to clean. |

I likes the vew from my room.Bed was nice.Breakfast was nice.
I did not like the general atmosphere in this hotel. Some problems with toilettes was never resolved correctly. DId not like the structure of hotel cause access to room is very very complicated and annoying. The price for staying in this hotel is too expensive for what you get! Its not corresponding to a five star hotel criterias and certainely not to a Relais et Chateau as the hotel claime to be. |

Excellent staff and acomodations.the hotel is only 5 minutes walking to the near beach, and also 5 minutes distance to catch a bus for the centre of the town. Salas de massagens do SPA poderiam ser um pouco maiores e mais bem decoradas.Mini-Bar and 35€/person for a menu dinner are a bit expensive. |

Almost all the staffs, waiter/waitress, clean lady are very freindly and kind. Good access to Mykonos town with good location close to the beach too. There is only one old staff duty in midnight very unkind. |

The staff. I was travelling alone and all the staff members made me feel like I was at home with family.My room was amazing! The view of Platys Gialos was better than shown on the website.The hotel is located close to a quiet beach (Platy Gialos), conveniently close to the bus stop that heads into town. The hotel offers a fabulous transfer service (Apostolis) the driver was very polite and helpful). The concierge service (George) always came with a smile. The reception staff were always attentive and polite. Fabulous hotel that is highly recommended. |

I've travelled all over the world and this is one of the best hotels ever. From the pick up everything was smooth+they effortlessly made us feel relaxed. It helped that they gave us a free upgrade-we had a room with jacuzzi and sea view!! 5star luxury hotel only begins to explain this hotel. I'll be recommending to everyone and will definately return here in the future. Wonderfull amazing and excellent food. Heavenly Only having to leave!! Seriously I cannot fault anything. |

Great views, beautiful hotel, both peaceful and fun. The Bartender at the pool is phenomenal, the rooms are excellent. The beds uncomfortable, single beds placed together to make a queen and poor quality mattress. |

service couldn't be better. they even upgraded our rooms just because there were free spaces. sense of luxury living on every step for reasonable price. best place to relax but if want to do sth else (like quads or round the island trip for example) they'll surely organize it for you |

Habitacion excelente, con Jacuzzi en balcon, servicio del personal, comodidades del hotel, spa, Alquiler de vehiculos...., Y lo mas importante es que te recojen y te llevan al aeropuerto /puerto sin costes adicionales...muy completo y no es caro. Esta un poco alejado del centro de Mykonos y se requiere moto o vehiculo para acercarse |

Obsługa hotelu była wspaniała. Dobra lokalizacja, ładna okolica. Niedaleko morza. ładne części wspólne hotelu i restauracja. Koszt restauracji i usług w spa zdecydowanie za wysoki. Pokoje i sprzęty wymagają renowacji i nie oferują standardu 5-cio gwiazdkowego według ogólnie przyjętych norm (są jednak czyste i higieniczne). |
