Yes,i left hand written messages at the front desk with Miss Korina so be delivered to my friends in suite 106 and 103 because I was leaving before having a chance to say good bye and they told me today that they did not receive them ! I was terribly annoyed at that .

Super location, very clean, super view .

My stay at the Myconian Ambassador was priceless, there are no areas for improvement. The receptionist was awesome, the food was great, the waiter was 10/10....I would rate this hotel as a 6 Star Hotel!!!

Spa was the best about the hotel, although services were expensive they were very relaxing and the staff were excellent.

The only things I thought were lacking with the hotel was the quality of the food verses price, poor quality food associated with a high price. The cleaning staff were also very pushy bursting into your room without warning to clean.

I likes the vew from my room.Bed was nice.Breakfast was nice.

I did not like the general atmosphere in this hotel. Some problems with toilettes was never resolved correctly. DId not like the structure of hotel cause access to room is very very complicated and annoying. The price for staying in this hotel is too expensive for what you get! Its not corresponding to a five star hotel criterias and certainely not to a Relais et Chateau as the hotel claime to be.

Almost all the staffs, waiter/waitress, clean lady are very freindly and kind. Good access to Mykonos town with good location close to the beach too.

There is only one old staff duty in midnight very unkind.

The staff. I was travelling alone and all the staff members made me feel like I was at home with family.My room was amazing! The view of Platys Gialos was better than shown on the website.The hotel is located close to a quiet beach (Platy Gialos), conveniently close to the bus stop that heads into town. The hotel offers a fabulous transfer service (Apostolis) the driver was very polite and helpful). The concierge service (George) always came with a smile. The reception staff were always attentive and polite. Fabulous hotel that is highly recommended.

Great views, beautiful hotel, both peaceful and fun. The Bartender at the pool is phenomenal, the rooms are excellent.

The beds uncomfortable, single beds placed together to make a queen and poor quality mattress.

service couldn't be better. they even upgraded our rooms just because there were free spaces. sense of luxury living on every step for reasonable price. best place to relax but if want to do sth else (like quads or round the island trip for example) they'll surely organize it for you

Adorei o atendimento de todos os funcionarios, otima localização e qualidade dos serviços oferecidos.

O hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado bem junto a uma praia lindissima, vista maravilhosa, atendimento primoroso, todos os atendentes do gerente ao porteiro, motorista, garçons, camareiras... são extremamente simpaticos e prestativos. Comida muito caprichada. Nosso quarto (que nos deram um upgrade) era uma suite com tudo que possa-se imaginar. Nota 1000
