Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateaux Spa Hotel  

The hospitality of the all staff, especially Costa, was perfect! We loved the jakuzzi at balcony and the sea view together. The room was cleaned and made up twice a day sometimes! The beaches around the hotel were amazing, especially nammos! We are wishing to visit this hotel in future again! Definitely we advise!! :) esin & cuneyt

The resort it self is lovely. Great views from our room of the pool and the sea.

While the resort appears to be lovely, there are a few issues that just do not work. The biggest issue we had was housekeeping. They had no regard for the do not disturb sign. They would literally enter the room at their leaisure. After 30 minutes of arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper decided we needed a turn down service. She literally took a towel out of my hand then closed all the blinds (even though the sun was yet to go down and the view was beautiful) and proceeded to tare apart the room. They walked in on us in bed and in the shower on seperate occasions. The housekeeping staff would literally wait outside the room until we left to clean up (twice a day) which made us feel uncomfortable. One day, my husband was feeling unwell and wanted to stay in the room. As I went to and from the pool to check on him, the housekeeper literally constantly asked me if she could clean up the room yet and as soon as we left for a moment was in the room. When we returned a few minutes later and said that we wanted to get changed could she come back later, she mouthed off in greek and gave us a terrible look. While I was having a quick shower, she then returned to the room with out knocking... Very unusual and clearly didn't make us feel comfortable.

Poor variety of tv channels, The air-condition was not effectively working.

We loved the luxury of the hotel. They had great workout facilities and spas. It was very close to the beach and had easy access to the bus into town.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were most professional and always eager to help out. Food in restaurant was exceptional. Thalasso spa also added to our enjoyment at this superior hotel.

Perhaps free wifi would be helpful, more English speaking TV channels and tea making facility in rooms

The staff was very attentive and acoomodating. The hotel is beatutiful. It was by far, the best place we stayed during a 2 week vacation thoughout the Cyclades in Greece

Everything good trained staff, very rich breakfast, excellent spa and room service.definitely recommending 5 th time in mykonos but first time in ambassador. Next time will not look for any other availibilty.

Funcionários super simpáticos e disponívies para tornar sua estadia o melhor possível. Instalções excelentes e vista maravilhosa.

Hôtel très agréable, très jolie vue, personnel efficace et très aimable, super petit déjeuner. Chambre agréable quoiqu'un peu petite ( mais quand même une terrasse ce qui compense ). L'hôtel est en hauteur par rapport à la plage mais on y va en 2 minutes à pied : c'est une très jolie plage de sable, facile pour se baigner avec des enfants ; les lits de plage ne sont pas trop serrés contrairement à d'autres plages de Mykonos.

Bien que la plage soit à 2 minutes à pied, l'hôtel ne possède pas d'emplacement privé : on nous donne un voucher à utiliser chez un des plagistes du bout de la plage mais on ne peut pas s'installer où on veut ( dernier rang seulement ! ) : on l'a fait une fois mais les autres fois on a préféré payer chez un autre plagiste et être mieux placé ! ça résonne parfois dans les couloirs quand des fêtards rentrent à 4 ou 5 heures du matin ! ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, certaines personnes sont vraiment sans gêne, mais si vous avez le sommeil léger prevoyez des bouchons d'oreilles !

estrema cortesia del personale, indistintamente per tutti i servizi. buona la thalasso e felice la posizione, molto vicina al mare, ma contestualmente un po' defilata, si' da godere di grande calma e tranquillita'.

la palestra è molto piccola e per di più con attrezzi obsoleti. nella zona SPA manca una zona relax. ma sono....peccati veniali

Die Nähe zu Mykonosstadt. Ein Mietauto ist aber von Vorteil. Der Spabereich ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand aber der Duschvorhang im Badezimmer müsste durch eine Glaswand ersetzt werden.
