Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateaux Spa Hotel  

The hospitality of the all staff, especially Costa, was perfect! We loved the jakuzzi at balcony and the sea view together. The room was cleaned and made up twice a day sometimes! The beaches around the hotel were amazing, especially nammos! We are wishing to visit this hotel in future again! Definitely we advise!! :) esin & cuneyt

First and foremost the hotel staff deserves special mentioning. They were extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming. The Managing Director Vangelis Daktylides is an outgoing, yet extremely observant man with an open ear to any comments made. He makes sure you feel welcome in any way possible. The breakfast is a dream - from freshly pressed orange juice to whatever your heart desires: cereals, breads, eggs, cheeses, fruit, cold cuts, etc. Even the coffee was excellent. A special kudo also goes to Alexia, the lady at the pool, who comes and cleans your sunglasses. She also serves fruit drinks on the house.

My personal input to this question is as follows: A hotel with this category should not charge for internet services. As the hotel is a spa it would have been beneficial to have a bathrobe in the room. This said, Mykonos is an island without too much fresh water and changing the towels twice a day seems an overkill. My room was large and had a large balcony - the bathroom in comparison was far too small with only a rather narrow shower. I also believe it would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water restocked free of charge every day. And I really would have liked a decent map of the island when driving around.

What did I like best? That's impossible to answer - We loved the hotel, the location, the staff(couldn't do enough), breakfast (included)was wonderful, relaxation was awesome, it was a marvelous experience, one we will definitely try to repeat!

Everything good trained staff, very rich breakfast, excellent spa and room service.definitely recommending 5 th time in mykonos but first time in ambassador. Next time will not look for any other availibilty.

The resort it self is lovely. Great views from our room of the pool and the sea.

While the resort appears to be lovely, there are a few issues that just do not work. The biggest issue we had was housekeeping. They had no regard for the do not disturb sign. They would literally enter the room at their leaisure. After 30 minutes of arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper decided we needed a turn down service. She literally took a towel out of my hand then closed all the blinds (even though the sun was yet to go down and the view was beautiful) and proceeded to tare apart the room. They walked in on us in bed and in the shower on seperate occasions. The housekeeping staff would literally wait outside the room until we left to clean up (twice a day) which made us feel uncomfortable. One day, my husband was feeling unwell and wanted to stay in the room. As I went to and from the pool to check on him, the housekeeper literally constantly asked me if she could clean up the room yet and as soon as we left for a moment was in the room. When we returned a few minutes later and said that we wanted to get changed could she come back later, she mouthed off in greek and gave us a terrible look. While I was having a quick shower, she then returned to the room with out knocking... Very unusual and clearly didn't make us feel comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is very polite. The SPA treatments are great. It is very close to a beautiful beach. The water is so blue! We have a wonderful ocean view from our room.

酒店服务很好，硬件条件很好，距离城区远点，但是打车8欧就OK，早餐很丰盛。

Tout ou presque ,très bon acceuil , belle piscine , situation très bonne , même si l'hotel ne donne pas sur la plage , car des emplacements avec parasol et transat sont réserves sur la plage située à 2 mn à pied , trés beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner et bon restaurant , de nombreux restaurants à 2 mn à pied , personnel professionel + "gentil" , français peu parlé, mais ils font des efforts ,navette gratuite pour le port ou aéroport ,bus pour mikonos à 2mn , accès spa gratuit tous les jours 1h00 ......nous avons adoré cet établissement
