From the moment we arrived the service was exemplary and we were thoroughly spoilt. We were also contacted, ahead of our arrival, for a complimentary transfer. There were so many things that made our stay wonderful. One thing was an unexpected Jacuzzi on the balcony. The view was simply amazing. The complimentary thalassotherapy spa session was enjoyable and breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel with amazing quality and variety. Another example of the service was even after we had checked out, the staff still notified us of a ferry cancellation, which gave us time to organise alternative transport. Overall this was a relaxing and amazing accommodation and we would recommend this. We would definitely return given the opportunity. All the staff were great. Thanks.

When we arrived we changed the hotel with the villas.We were in Myconian Villas!!!! There was really amazing. Everything was perfect!!!We loved in the villas.The stuff was very polite. We are sure that come back again in Villas. Very,very beautiful!!!!Good food, exelent rooms,clean and big. Congratulations for the brothers!!!!!

Well positioned walking distance to the beach

We lost our first night accomodation due to the wonderfull ferry companies of greece(not our fault) and instead of understanding and they deducted a full nights stay immediately of our credit card we were staying there 10 nights @ 320/280 euros a night.we requested a baby cot for our 26 month old son it arrived 7 hrs later after an additional 2 phn calls to reception with no mattress when we asked for one they said there wasnt any so our poor little angel had to sleep for 10 night on the hard board with a sheet total disgrace!!!! But wait there is more we requested car hire as its part of there service they offer we requested it @ breakfast they said it would take an hour we waited the hour & finally went down to reception it took an additional1,45 min with us asking what is happening every 15min to be told its coming its coming finally angry frustrated with the situation went up to our room through this whole time the arrogant manager who had been starring at us for the last two hours asked the staff what our problem was we r greek speaking ex pats so can understand every word!!!!! Totally disgusted with the service they render the only positives were the cleaning staff porter & door man some of the breakfast staff who were always polite smiling and genuinely happy to c U. The front desk staff could not even book a taxi for u it was too much of an effort I would not recommend it @ all if u want to get ripped off treated badly but still say that u stayed in a 5 star spa resort then go ahead but there are much better deals value for money with competent staff that are not arrogant useless and to be blunt full of crap

down at the pool there were 4 kids running around and the parents let them. making a lot of noise and jumping on all the lounge chairs. a employee of yours right there and said nothing too them.

The staff especially Vangelis(hotel manager)was extremely helpful and accomadating to all our needs, weather it was helping us with things around tge island or just the the tiny attention to detail things he did for us based inside the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel that we had dinner at was absolutely amazing, my fiancé and I have had very pleasant experiences at many fancy gourmet restaurant all around the world but the chef at the myconnian ambassador went over the top with his delicious flavors of meditaranean gourmet. The spa was another great part of our vaca, the massage treatment that we had relaxed us a to a point of bliss. 2 thumbs up!

I hate to be critical like this after how helpful everyone at thr hotel was but I'm only saying this so the hotel can continue to thrive and grow. The room, first the tv, when ur staying in an executive suite I expect to have more then just 6 channels and I expect the tv to come in clearly. 2nd the music, there was this tiny little old radio in the room that didn't work and no docking station for an iPod, these days of ages that's a must. Our room was fabulous but may have been a little overpriced but then again this is Mykonos and it is the most epensive Greek island but I'm just speaking from past experiences at other hotels around the world. Def a 4.5 star but not quite a 5 star in MY book...

I really enjoyed my stay at Myconian Ambassador and i will definetely come back. The staff is well prepared and very friendly. The impression i had is that they do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy. The room was fine (deluxe), with a great balcony. The bathroom was also really good, with nice amenities. The swimming pool area is a highlight and its restaurant. The cook prepare really great dishes, such as the chicken breast with mashed potatoes. Try also the fresh orange juice.

I think that maybe the Hotel could improve the Spa Area, which has lots of rules and an unprepared reception. In the other hand, i had a 25 minutes massage on my back and legs which was absolutely amazing!

Got a lovely room with jacuzzi on the balcony and fantastic view overlooking the bay. Perfect location - 10mins walk to the renowned Psarou Beach, 15mins to town by bus/car. Next time on Mykonos - I'd go to the same hotel again!

Excelent hotel ! 5 minutes walking to a very beautiful beach , 10 minutes to Mykonos center by bus. Perfect comfort and service. All the staff is very freindly ,but special thanks to Hoi for the restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic stay!

Everything!!! I stayed in Myconian Ambassador with my freind for 5 days and I wish we would have stayed longer!! We didn't want to leave!! This hotel is truly a gem!! Firstly the location is outstanding. Platy yalos beach is one of the most beautiful beach in Mykonos and the hotel has got free sunbeds and umbrellas in one part of it. Close by,Namos reastaurant on Psarou beach is super trendy with amazing menu. The hotel itself is a heaven for design minded travellers with true attention to every detail. The breakfast buffet can satisfy the most discerning guest!! absolutely delicious!! Our room was tastefully decorated , with soft cushions and the most comfy huge bed. The most amazing part though is the view which is breathtaking!! We most enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying the beautiful sea view and the ever changing colour of the sky. The Maids gives towels twice a day or as desired. the cleanliness of the room impecable! The friendliness of the staff and the exceptional service made our stay the most memorable! Roy and Kostas from the reception and Angelos the driver, you are the best! :) Myconian Ambassador is a place were you can only imagine in dreams and defenitely recomend it to everyone who wants to have a holiday of a lifetime!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service is personal, the rooms very nice (although smaller than it appears on the pictures), the breakfast offers a very wide range of breads, cakes, sweets, hot and cold dishes. The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful! 5 minutes walking to the beach, beautiful views across the bay, and 5 minutes walking to the bus stop where regular busses leave for Mykonos Town. Several nice restaurants to choose from along the Platys Gialos beach. We were somehow upgraded to a room with a private jacuzzi - biggest surprise of our holiday, and made our stay so much more special. Would definitely stay at this hotel again - with or without jacuzzi!!

A bit far from city...

the staff were expert and more than friendly, always smiling, and very helpful indeed. the design was extremely fabulous, and the room was over consideration, they have upgraded our room from double to double with private jacuzzi, while the terrace that contains the jacuzzi overlook the platys gialos. it was over dreaming 4 days of fun, the neighbourhood was calm and the hotel is about 35 to 45 foot steps to the beach pf platys gialos/ this side of the island is so calm and this hotel deserves the price.

there are 2 things i didn't like in this hotel. the internet was not free while they do have packages for each hourly. daily, and weekley (even 3 days package). + this side of the insland needs a transportation mainly a scooter or a car, the third party that this hotel is dealing with was quite expensive 75 euros for a smart with a bad engine (the shop is on the left side of the street when u r headin to the town from platys gialos), i found a good deal for a much better smart with leather seats and strong engine for 50 euros a day in the town next to leto hotel. the season i went too was the mid season from 4th till 11th july, so the prices weren't that high.

ו have stayed in many luxury hotels all around the world but this one is one of the best if not The Best hotel. You cannot fund such service, location or views anywhere else. Pure joy.
