The private beach is one of the best of the island - no need to look further. Just stay there and get spoiled // The staff is very kind and helpful and takes pride in their professionalism - except one outlier (which I think will be reprimanded in due course) // The restaurant is fantastic with great food, service and value for money! One person was not very kind and called us at 11:58 to "inform" us that check-out was at 12:00 - despite us having explicitly and kindly asked for checkout extension of 2 hours.

The hotel was beautiful and a very fun bartender works there. We initially booked a 3 people room with private pool, however the pool was too dirty to swim in even after they cleaned it. (Full of insects and dirt) .We also booked this hotel in specific because it offered a free 50 min massage per guest per day however they denied this offer once we got there. The location of the hotel was too far from Myconos Town which is where all the action is (shopping, restaurants, ... people) more than 30 min.

The staff were all fantastic, and went out of their way to help you! It is away from the centre of town which is what we wanted. Food was amazing and transfers were included from airport, free shuttle bus was Also great! Have to pay for wifi was it's only negative!

La situation géographique et le personnel prévenant. Trop de bruit autour de l'hôtel : va et vient incessants de véhicules en tous genres dans un environnement qui ne protège pas assez l'intérieur de l'hôtel de l'extérieur. Manque de végétation dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. La végétation en général aide à "feutrer" l'ambiance. Manque d'intimité autour de la piscine vis à vis de l'extérieur.

Très bel hôtel Service super Piscine avec vue incroyable Un peu loin du centre de mykonos Plage privee de l hotel a 5 mn a pied Mais pas terrible mieu vai aller a la plage payante un peu plus moin 12 euro pour 2 transat et un parasol Sports nautik sur place Chambre correct et agréable suivant celle QU ils ont envie de vous donner Pour ma part après avoi refuser la première chambre , g eu une chambre triple avec vue mer incroyable avec petite terasse très sympa

O requinte do hotel, o hall de entrada são excelentes. Os programas de spa e massagens à disposição. A simpatia dos funcionários. Um pouco distante do centro, mas nada que o serviço gratuito de Bus do hotel não resolva.

A pesar del precio, un tanto elevado, hay que reconocer que el hotel ofrece excelentes servicios y que se halla en una ubicación fantástica, con vistas al mar Egeo. Vale la pena El precio es un tanto alto, en efecto, pero la verdad es que está en la media de la isla

äUßerst aufmerksame, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter; schöne Anlage im Kykladenstil, sehr sauber, tolle Lage; Zimmer haben alle direkten Blick auf die Bucht; super Frühstück; gratis Shuttle-Busverbindungen nach Mykonos-Stadt und zurück; Preise für Lunch und Dinner im Hotel sind gepfeffert und die Alternativen rundherum was Verköstigung angeht, sind aufgrund der etwas abgeschiedenen Lage sehr begrenzt und daher ebenso teuer - besser den gratis Shuttle-Bus nach Mykonos nehmen

Posizione incantevole Rapporto qualita'-prezzo non ottimale. La mia camera aveva vista mare, come promesso, ma era una visione parziale ostruita in parte da edifici dello stesso hotel. Per 290 euro a notte avrei sperato in una vista migliore.

Molto bella la vista mare, bello il ristorante Piscina privata molto deludente, meglio la stanza con idromassaggio, stanza rumorosa di notte per motori aria condizionata sul tetto, menù non buono, spiaggia privata dell'hotel non curata, lettini troppo vicini, localizzata nel punto più brutto dell'Elia beach, aggiunta di 35 euro al conto spese per servizio di accoglienza, il servizio di trasporto privato con "limo" consiste in un taxi in pessime condizioni

Bella struttura soprattutto per le parti comuni. Ottimo breakfast e personale disponibile. Ottima qualità del ristorante. Stanze molto rumorose anche per il mancato controllo della quiete notturna. Nonostante avessimo prenotato il soggiorno all'Imperial con larghissimo anticipo siamo stati sistemati presso l'adiacente struttura del Royal che, benchè sia dello stesso livello, avevamo scartato per le molteplici reviews negative trovate su internet (Booking.com, Tripadvisor.com, ecc). Corridoio di accesso alle camere degno di un due stelle. La spiaggia privata dell'albergo è estremamente piccola e gli ombrelloni/lettini sono vicinissimi. Per potersi accaparrare una sistemazione "decente" siamo stati costretti a scendere sulla spiaggia alle 7,30/8,00 prima di andare a fare colazione!

πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και πολύ ωραία εστιατόρια. ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός με καταπληκτική θέα. το δωμάτιο μας δεν είχε καθόλου θέα αφού βρισκόταν πιο χαμηλά και απο το ισόγειο.

Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung der Zimmer, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen, traumhaftes Meer mit freier Liegestuhlbenützung, gratis Shuttleservice nach Chora. Eine Gruppe junger Hotelgäste erlaubte sich während dreier Nächte in Folge eine Privatparty im Zimmer! Wir durften nach der zweiten Nacht in den ruhigeren Teil des Hotels wechseln.

“The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for being able to walk in to central town at night yet being peacefully away from the hustle during the day. The food is excellent, as is the decor and the cleanliness. If you go to Mykonos, do the horseriding recommended by this Hotel but as close to sunset as possible; the views and the experience are fabulous!
