Even though the hotel was almost full, it never felt crowded or bustling with people and we were never disturbed by others. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. |

Très bel hôtel, de nombreux services pour les clients. Le spa est vraiment très bien. Belle piscine avec transat, matelas et serviettes. Les deux restaurants sont délicieux, le petit déjeuner est très varié. Belles chambres mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à des chambres design ou très moderne. Le lit est vraiment "king size"! L'hôtel organise les transferts vers l'aéroport. La salle de sport n'est pas très bien entretenue. L'hôtel est assez loin de la ville de mykonos. Il y a quelques navettes pas jour mais il est quand même préférable d'avoir son propre moyen de locomotion. t il n'y a pas de location à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. |

Ottimo hotel, situato vicino alla spiaggia privata dove ci sono lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti. Idromassaggio esterno di acqua salata con vista mare che è spettacolare. Il personale è molto cordiale e presente\attento ad ogni esigenza. Ristorante per il pranzo a bordo piscina non male, anche se non economico. Ottimo servizio la navetta a svariati orari che alla sera ti porta al porto vecchio di Mykonos (a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro città) e alla sera ti riporta all'hotel. Consiglio l'hotel a chiunque voglia rilassarsi lontano dal caos e da eccessi. Per un hotel 5 stelle mi aspettavo un servizio di noleggio un po' più appropriato di quello che forniscono. Si appoggiano ad una società di noleggio esterna (abbiamo aspettato un'ora alla reception che arrivasse il responsabile) che noleggia scooter praticamente rotti. Ne abbiamo noleggiato 1 che dopo un giorni ci ha lasciato a piedi in mezzo ad una strada sperduta, ce l'hanno cambiato e il secondo scooter si è rotto il giorno dopo. Il terzo scooter ha funzionato per 1 giorno e poi per fortuna l'abbiamo ridato se no anche quello ci lasciava a piedi. Altra cosa, il ristorante dell'hotel per cena ha prezzi piuttosto elevati. Consiglio di mangiare nei 2 ristoranti vicini all'hotel (anche quelli non economici) o a Mykonos. |

sicuramente la posizione,splendido panorama sulla spiaggia di Elia. sicuramente da migliorare il servizio in spiaggia,carente nella presenza e disponibilità del personale.Poca attenzione ai clienti e non una pulizia accurata sotto gli ombrelloni.Si consiglia di intensificare e migliorare il servizio navetta da e per la spiaggia,non è molta la distanza ma è una vera arrampicata e potete immaginare il disagio per chi come noi ha dei bambini al seguito. |

En frukost av högsta klass. Spa med skönhetsfläck - gymmet värdelöst. Berg, backar och trappor - absolut inte för bensvaga eller rullstolsbundna. Grekiskt rött vin en katastrof - utländskt vin orimligt i pris. Mat i G. i övrigt utan smak och karaktär. Återkommer ej. De försökte vid ankomsten slussa mig in på ett annat hotell än det jag bokat. |

Posizione dell'albergo, splendida vista mare, pulizia delle camere, colazione a buffet ben organizzata, navetta per raggiungere la città Le suite con piscina privata si trovano al piano -1 , sono molto umide ed hanno cattivo odore anche nelle parti comuni. Le parti comuni sono splendide ma l'arredamento delle stanze è economico come i bagni ; ristoranti e bar-piscina sono molto cari ma scadenti nella qualità del del servizio e cibo sufficiente; SPA ha pochi trattamenti ed è piccola. |

Trato del personal. Habitacion muy limpia (2 veces al dia). El desayuno es muy amplio aunque no lo varian. Tienes una sombrilla con dos hamacas en la playa por habitacion. Para ser un hotel de 5* el wifi es de pago. |

Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ το περιβάλλον και η θεσπέσια θέα αν και δεν ήταν ορατή σε ικανοποιητικό βαθμό απο το δωμάτιο.Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και οι υπηρεσίες που μου προσφέρθηκαν ιδανικές.Τέλος το δυνατό κομμάτι στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχίο είναι το κέντρο ευεξίας και spa που είναι κάτι μοναδικό και επίσης ο πρωινός μπουφές και η κουζίνα του. Η θέα του δωματίου δεν ήταν αρκούντως ικανοποιητική αν και το είχα ζητήσει.... |

φιλικοτητα και ευγενεια του προσωπικού, ωραια τοποθεσεια και παραλία και ωραιο ντιζαιν στους κοινοχρηστους χωρους πολυ ακριβο για αυτά που προσφέρει όπως και το σύνολο του νησιού. κακή ηχομόνωση. |
