The free breakfast in the morning was a nice treat, the views were very pretty, and it was walking distance to the town. The hot tub was broken, the spa was not relaxing as one of the staff members had their child running around, the massage itself was unimpressive, there was no shuttle to town or laundry services, and I was charged for something that I did not charge to the room. |

It was typically Greek Island overlooking the sea with white buildings and blue window surrounds which was what we loved about it. The beds were too hard and the shower a little small |

The vıew from valcony was great! you van see the famous sıx wınd mılls and hotel was nıce and crean It ıs saıd 10mıns walk from mykonos town but ıts takes 15-20mıns, maybe the way down to mykonos ıs 15mıns but the way back, you have to crıme up the hıll. Anway I took 20mıns. |

Nice staff helping. The room is big enough and with good view. I like the breakfast and the cafe bar. Very relax in the hotel and we can enjoy swimming and sunshine in the pool. Spa facilities are very expensive so we didn't try finally. The location is a bit far from the town center. The bed is too soft for us. |

The swimming pool facility is very nice, including a nice jacuzzi. The couple bed was not those two single beds together (that I particular hate when I am traveling with my partner), but it was a nice big one. The sea view from my balcony was very beautiful. The room, the bathroom and the balcony were much smaller than I expected. The space for the shower was so small that the bathroom was completely flooded after showering. Although some of the staff were very sympathetic and nice, the ones working in the reception were not nice at all. The system/organization/management is not intelligent, it's the classical place that makes you easily angry. |

We have spent our honeymoon at this hotel, on the arrival we were upgraded to the room with a private jacuzzi on the balcony which was a very nice surprise, on the other hand we didnt get the best seaview from there. In the end it was a very nice experience, there was a lovely restaurant down on the nearest beach where we had the best of times, we would highly recommend it! the bathroom could be a bit bigger, especially the shower ( the courtain wasnt big enough and the water would go outside no matter how hard you tried ) but the housekeeping was always on top of the situation and they would keep it clean at all times, well done! |

Good location on the side of a hill (10 min walk from the town "centre") with great views! Great buffet breakfast and excellent restaurant/bar facilities (try the "greek style" lamb dish, which was magnificent)! Good sized pool and also had a decent gym, which was handy to work off the previous night's Baklava! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the sea and airports too. The location was good, but it was a bit of a hike up the hill...but, it was only a 4-5 Euro taxi ride from Mykonos town (if you could find one of the 31 taxi's on the island that is!?)! |

nice view, great swimming pool with beautiful sunset, good breakfast, 10 minutes walking from the city, balcony on the rooms, confortable rooms, transfer service to pick from the Port/airport (just need to call the hotel giving the information about the ferry). |

Lucklily we paid the reduced price for the hotel, as we would have been even more disappointed paying any more. This is not a luxurious hotel. The rooms are tiny and tired. The shower cubicles even for normal weight people too small. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are too small to give any support. The so called gym comprises of rusty old machines and some free weights, where the weight discs are loose. The stepper was broken. The tennis court is often used by locals and can't be booked by the hotel guests (you have to wait around and see when it's free). The fence around the court is a health hazard. Breakfast was non-nutirious. Massage in Spa was rubbish. The hotel staff didn't care about guests remarks (speak to the manager). |

The hotel is convenient - a short walk to Mykonos town yet just far enough away from the noise. A two minute walk to buses to the beaches or to car & motor bike rentals. The staff is helpful and the sunset views from the hot tub at the pool area are amazing. All in all an enjoyable stay on Mykonos. |

Friendly staff, great views and nice modern facilities. Having read over some of the reviews it seems some people must have paid way too much for their rooms as I though it was fantastic value for the money we paid via this site. We had a great sea view and the location is great also - yes there's a narrow road leading up a hill... but I think people forget where they are - Mykonos! The only thing that was a let down was the comfort of the bed. You need to walk the road single file and cars do drive fast so I can see why some people have rated low on this - especially if they have young kids. But most of the roads like this all over town so don't be put off by it. |

no disappointments, was exactly what we expected the staff working at the reception was not very friendly. most if not all of our questions were replied with one word answers. and for breakfast we found magots in our boiled egg! a slight walk (uphill) from town center but good exercise |

Nice, clean, light-filled rooms with sea-view, nice pool setting and spa reasonably priced. Walk to Mykonos town was only 10mins but traffic speeding past was not pleasant. |

They would have been taking us at the airport, but they simply did forget about us! At the end, after 1 hour under the sun, we took a taxi.They apologised but no refund for cost and time. Too much noise in the room, people moving beds upstairs at 4.00 a.m.!! Room without seaview. |

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean, the view from the balcony was great, and the food at the hotel had quite a few healthy options. We booked seaview, but spend first night in a very small non-seaview room, were told there was some issue with people departing due to winds and ferries not leaving...were only told this when we went back to reception to complain after being shown to the room. The hotel would also benefit from a refurbishment, the door to our room was difficult to open and the holders of the window shutters were broken which was not convenient in a windy place like Mykonos. The gym was very dark, basic and definitely needed a refurb. The hotel had a tennis court but did not rent out rackets. |

The hotel staff are rude and un helpful, the driver that picked us up from the airport was late did not help witht he bags then held his hand out for a tip, do not request anything on the site as they will disregard it anyway, do not beleive any of the pictures as they will be from either when the hotel opened or of rooms from their other hotels. we also saw a mouse running through the foyer, the hotel is overpriced and the location is no good. |

The spa treatments were very good along with the pool area. The food at the hotel is also delicous but overpriced. The views of mykonos are amazing. There is a bus stop at the hotel entrance. Being out of mykonos town meant less noise at night. The fridge in our room did not work, nor did some of the lights. The walk to town can be quite dangerous as the road is narrow with little light at night. |
