船が30分送れて港到着が夜の11時になったのに、親切にその遅れを把握してくれ、きちんと迎えに来てくれ- ていた事は大変良かった。

ホテル内が、じゅうたん張りで無い為、歩く音も部屋まで響き、早朝からハウスキーパーの歩く音などが響き、- 夜遅かった分寝不足になった。

とても眺めの良い部屋でした。プールやレストランも使いやすかったです。スタッフもとても親切でした。フェ- リー乗り場までの送迎がありとても助かりました。

バスタブがあればなおよい。（ジャグジーつきの部屋だったようだが使用できる状態ではなかった。）

a good place to have a relax trip and also provide transport from airport to hotel. breakfast is also very nice.

It was typically Greek Island overlooking the sea with white buildings and blue window surrounds which was what we loved about it.

The beds were too hard and the shower a little small

Nice staff helping. The room is big enough and with good view. I like the breakfast and the cafe bar. Very relax in the hotel and we can enjoy swimming and sunshine in the pool.

Spa facilities are very expensive so we didn't try finally. The location is a bit far from the town center. The bed is too soft for us.

The swimming pool facility is very nice, including a nice jacuzzi. The couple bed was not those two single beds together (that I particular hate when I am traveling with my partner), but it was a nice big one. The sea view from my balcony was very beautiful.

The room, the bathroom and the balcony were much smaller than I expected. The space for the shower was so small that the bathroom was completely flooded after showering. Although some of the staff were very sympathetic and nice, the ones working in the reception were not nice at all. The system/organization/management is not intelligent, it's the classical place that makes you easily angry.

Good infrastructure. It offers free transportation when you arrive or leave.

Good location on the side of a hill (10 min walk from the town "centre") with great views! Great buffet breakfast and excellent restaurant/bar facilities (try the "greek style" lamb dish, which was magnificent)! Good sized pool and also had a decent gym, which was handy to work off the previous night's Baklava! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the sea and airports too.

The location was good, but it was a bit of a hike up the hill...but, it was only a 4-5 Euro taxi ride from Mykonos town (if you could find one of the 31 taxi's on the island that is!?)!

Lucklily we paid the reduced price for the hotel, as we would have been even more disappointed paying any more. This is not a luxurious hotel. The rooms are tiny and tired. The shower cubicles even for normal weight people too small. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are too small to give any support. The so called gym comprises of rusty old machines and some free weights, where the weight discs are loose. The stepper was broken. The tennis court is often used by locals and can't be booked by the hotel guests (you have to wait around and see when it's free). The fence around the court is a health hazard. Breakfast was non-nutirious. Massage in Spa was rubbish. The hotel staff didn't care about guests remarks (speak to the manager).

The hotel is convenient - a short walk to Mykonos town yet just far enough away from the noise. A two minute walk to buses to the beaches or to car & motor bike rentals. The staff is helpful and the sunset views from the hot tub at the pool area are amazing. All in all an enjoyable stay on Mykonos.

no disappointments, was exactly what we expected

the staff working at the reception was not very friendly. most if not all of our questions were replied with one word answers. and for breakfast we found magots in our boiled egg! a slight walk (uphill) from town center but good exercise

They would have been taking us at the airport, but they simply did forget about us! At the end, after 1 hour under the sun, we took a taxi.They apologised but no refund for cost and time. Too much noise in the room, people moving beds upstairs at 4.00 a.m.!! Room without seaview.
