We were newly weds and spent lovely time at the hotel. The staff was really nice and warm! I strongly recommend if you want a relaxing and confort place to stay. The view is also great!

The water of the thalasso spa is cold, if it is hot would be so much better.

It's location, it's great sea views, good cuisine at the restaurant, very nice spa center..

Too small bathroom in the room

This hotel was very nice! And a great deal for quality! The spa was nice and the free treatment was a major plus. The pool was nice and the food was good. The location is great also. It's a lol walk from center but some walking is good for you. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice, we had a balcony with our own hot tub :) I would stay there again!

Friendly staff, excellent facilties, room was great, view spectacular, breakfast enjoyable plenty of variety for all cultures.10 Min walk to the city we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation. The staff made our stay a special one, free transfers to airport or Boat, we didn't have to lug our cases up stairs as in previous hotels everything was done for us. Rate was very reasonable.

The People that work at the hotel, have goodwill to help, but the policy regarding the rules of the hotel makes the service limited and minimal. We didn't get a wake up call on the day of our departure therefore the reception call us when the bus was outside full of guests waiting, and we had to literally run out without even having time to check out.The informed us that we owe them three nights but we paid from the 31/07/11 to the 02/08/11 of August.We only owe them one night which is the 02/08/11. Please give the detail to them to charge my credit card for one extra night.We had problems also with transportation since at night taxis are scarce and it is dangerous to walk on the road. The hotel should have a shuttle to take their guests into the city.They have the buses but most of the time in the parking, while people have to walk in a dangerous road without a foot path.

Good friendly staff, good breakfast, good swimming pool with a nice atmosphere, relaxing spa....really everything is good. Also, very close to the shopping market with just a safe 8 - 10 minutes walk. Nice hotel!

Very small shower tray, almost no space to turn around, also must replace the shower curtains with ones that actually keep the water in the shower-tray not outside on the bathroom floor.

The Reception staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was good.

The Restaurant staff was not good.

The Hotel has got an amazing Spa, Staff and view... The Thalassotherapy free session which is offered and the Staff from the Spa are awesome. Special kiss to Eireen and Helena

The room is tiny and the shower boot is extremely tiny

Our room was the best! The sea view was amazing and we could be able to see the best sunset ever! The free Thallasso was very interesting. It is nice that the hotel has free transfers to and from the airport also. The hotel is very close to the city onde 10 min walking! The breakfast was wonderful! Loved everything!

great spa session included in the price for us, and the bar/food service at the pool was as cheap as anywhere in town and a lovely setting.

breakfast was a little disappointing but adequate - all cold food and little choice but fresh and clean
