The staff are all helpful that even our flight delayed, they still provided us the pick up service~~~ a beach is just at front, good to have a sun bathing n swim. The pool is also comfortable which is just next to the beach. However, as the weather is too cool that we can't enjoy the pool~~~ Highly recommended~~~ The washroom/tub is so small that when having shower, the curtain sticking to the body~~~ Around 7-10 mins walking distance to the town~~

From the 9 hotels used during our recent European trip, Mykonos Bay certainly rates the highest. A phone call the day before arrival to confirm pickup from the ferry.The offer of a drink whilst our room was readied. The unexpected offer to return us to the ferry. The tickets that appeared, so that we did not have to collect these ourselves. We loved the decor. The view from our balcony over Mykonos Bay was stunning. I could go on, but to sum up, we felt as if we had been treated like royalty.

the owner was so kindly, almost stuff are nice. good location, not too far from center but near the beach and calm. nice various breakfast. I stisfied. just the first day they didnt have our room which I reserved, but they did what they could do better.

The Hotel it is great, really good ! The staff really helpfull and always with a smile in the face. The location it is perfect with a amazing see view and you can enjoy the sunset into your balcony !!! I strongly recommend !

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast also provided a great selection. During our trip, we got into a serious accident with our atv motorbike, and we had to be rushed to the hospital and later transferred to Athens. The owner and the staff helped us throughout the whole process by going out of their way to visit us, and making sure we have everything we need when we couldn't take care of ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel to any that want to visit Myknons!

We're really like the Mykonos Bay Hotel. It had a excellent service. When we had some accident of ferry jam or personal. They all very friendly to help us to solve the problems. Normally we didn't have any perfect service experience as before. We always fellt very warm. And the rooms was really clean. Especially as there boss, he is a very benevolent man.

All the hotel staff were so very helpful during my first visit to Mykonos. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, right on the bay with a beautiful view and only a 7 min walk to town. It's definitely my preference to stay away from the town noise. The hotel decor was very classy (white and light blue) and the breakfast choices were abundant. I will definitely stay here again if I get to Mykonos again.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere of relax. The room with sea view is worth it - the doors are overlooking the beach, blue sea and sunset. Breakfast is very nice, everything is freshly served and tasy, fresh juice included. The staff is very-very pleasant and hospitable. The location is very good and comfortable - in a quite place, with very few people around, but still 5 min walk to the main town, hotel is nice for calm vacation. Pleasant service, that hotel provides transfer to and from airport free of charge. A gym would be great benefit. Breakfast is good, but very few varieties of hot dishes. Few choice of dishes for dinner in restaurant a la carte.

We loved every bit of this hotel, from the staff who picked us up from the limani to the upgraded ocean view room to the fabulous breakfast that was truly gourmet to the comfort and peacefulness of the location. Its not right in town but less than 5 min to walk and away from the noisy harbor. We LOVED this place and will return here in the future for a week long getaway. Nikos was so nice and so was his staff, chrisoula and a young indian guy, can't remember his name who worked at the desk. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay romantic and special. Thank you so much! I have nothing bad to say. Everything was incredible at mykonos bay. Keep up the good work.

I got sick during the time I was there due to sun exposure and the staff were wonderful, they drove me to the hospital and tried to help as best they could. He staff were all very friendly and the location was ideal for me as it wasnt i'n the middle of the city with the crowds but still close enough that a short walk (5 mins at steady pace) would have me in the tourist center. The beach and pool bar area was also really nice to see the sunset My room balcony faced the back of the hotel so I felt a little exposed and I ddnt feel totally secure leaving the window open or balcony door open during the night, but it wasn't a big issue since the air con worked well. So no complaints.

The stuff was excellent, kind, always willing to help. The room is convenient and large. Facilities (showers) for using after checkout, before the flight. Close to the bus station. Free of charge shuttle to and from the airport. Beautiful view and design

Mykonos Bay Hotel was wonderful, the service exceptional. We were collected upon arrival and taken to our point of departure upon leaving at no extra cost. Our room was on the beach front and had amazing views and great facilities. Would stay again!

Friendly staff who always greeted you with a smile. Quiet location with fantastic opportunity to relax around the pool or on the beach if desired. Breakfast provided was plentiful. The location was great with abundant views and only a short walk into the main town. The rooms were very clean but simple. WiFi available. The hotel provided transfer to and from the port. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Bathroom a bit cramped. Double room was 2 single beds side by side. Location can be windy (experienced very strong winds 2 of 5 day stay) but of course that's no fault of the hotel.

This hotel is extremely value for money. Convevient located. Staff is professional and care. We didn't expect the free pick-up from the port to the hotel. Wifi is working great even the far end room. Resort is beautiful with good taste. They also clean the room when turn down the beds in the evening. Relaxing evironment and really good breath-taking view scenery.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the Mykonos centre, by to the beach, with a fabulous sea water pool and staff who are total gems, all really nice and lovely people with a great deal of attention to their clients. It was the ideal break-away vacation and I will come back there.

The hotel staff was very friendly.The place where the hotel is, is simply perfect if you like the sound of the waves and being close to the beach. The bathroom was very small in our "pergola" room and the shower had plastic courtains. That's very unconfortable.
