Mykonos Palace Beach Hotel  

we've stayed in Mykonos Palace various times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful, excellent location, the hotel is right at the beach which i love, its very close to Mykonos Town and all the nice beaches, highly reccommended!

Very good location and view of the Platys gialos beach . Excelent desing of pool bar are and restaurant suited with the hotels location . Friendly and supportive personell . Clean rooms . Good breakfast and convinience time untill 11pm! Early in the morning 8.30-9.15 before going breakfast time enjoued swimming in the cool see of Platy gialos that was fantastic . If we will visit Mukonos will stay at Mykonos Palaca again .

Some disturptive flyes over the breakfast food , should cover better food or use ceiling funs to keep them away .Our room had windows on top that with only the curtain much light was coming in the room early in the morning so waken up time was not late . Wireless facility on a charge !

the location is the best on the beach. the staff very polite . the room was always very clean. quiet and very good place for couples and family with kids. I am very satisfied and I hope I will go again in the future.

The staff was friendly.

First they showed us a room after letting us wait 15 min to get it ready, with what they called "poolside view", which was in fact a dark, run down room with a 70s interior and a tiny window under a staircase outside. I picked up the towel which had been used, and immediately went to reception to request another room. They then got us a room with a balcony toward the road, with same run down interior although more light coming in. The tv didn't work. You could hear the neighbour taking a bath. The pool is small and occupied by small children. Breakfast was very basic. The fridge in the room didn't work. Found cat hair on breakfast plates. Broken toilet seat. The list goes on. But to summarise, this is not a four star hotel. It is at most a three star. We paid four star prices. Cannot recommend it to anyone!

We liked very much the location of the hotel, the nice room and the good facilieties. The staff was cooperative.

shower had no glass screen so the floor got very wet, shower curtain was useless. safe in room was useless

the location is very good with direct beach access. You have to pay for the lounges on the beach. The pool was very heavily chlorinated. Breakfasts were very good. Staff very helpful. Restaurant food quite reasonable.

Room was a bit ordinary but we stayed in the older style room. Airconditioning worked which sometimes a bit erratic in Greece.

The staff at the hotel were extraordinary in every way...helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgable. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The facilities were lovely, with clean, airy rooms, good cleaning service, great restaurant. For a 'no frills' hotel it is about the best we've ever stayed at; the family had an incredible time and we'll definitely return.

there is nothing we didn't like about the hotel whatsoever.

It is located in a perfect position, right on the beach. Best rooms are the deluxe sea view or the Sea View Suite - we had that!

O pequeno almoço é sempre igual,para uma estadia de uma semana,torna se repetitivo comer sempre a mesma coisa.

Otelin konumu, plaja yakınlığı, otobüs durağına yakınlığı harika. Otel çalışanları da son derece yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Denize bakan odaların manzarası özellikle muhteşem, arkadaki odaların durumunu bilemiyorum ama bizim için balkondan seyrettiğimiz günbatımı harikaydı. Plajı, paradise ve super paradise'a göre son derece sakin ve rahat. Otobüs durağı otelden 3dk'lık yürüme mesafesinde, şehir içine ulaşım ise otobüsle 6-7 dk sürüyor. 24 saat otobüs servisi var. Otel çalışanları gezilecek yerler, araba kiralama, motor kiralama, gibi her türlü konuda son derece yardımcılar. Kısacası kesinlikle muhteşem.

Otel'in tek negatif tarafı restaurant çalışanları. Oldukça yavaş ve asık suratlılar. Bir tek restaurant bölümünün böyle olmasını anlamadık ama yemekler ve kahvaltı son derece doyurucu.

Odalarin temizligi yetersiz, yataklar biraz daha iyi olmali

La posizione e la veranda del ristorante su cui abbiamo fatto colazione la mattina sono una meraviglia, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è vantaggioso, la stanza non è da 4 stelle superiore, abbiamo pagato il transfer dal porto all' hotel, mentre sulle altre isole il trasporto era gratuito. Infine la mattina presto non c'era acqua bollente ma solo tiepida.

Posizione comoda

le camere non meritano le quattro stelle.

La posizione, ottima, praticamente sulla splendida spiaggia di Platis Yalos (acqua limpida, spiaggia di sabbia tenuta costantemente pulita dagli addetti). La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni e l'impianto di condizionamento perfetto.

La colazione era particolarmente ricca per quanto riguarda i salati. I dolci erano un pò carenti, anche se abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la macchinetta per l'espresso

Me ha gustado el acceso a la playa y el desayuno buffet.

No me ha gustado la habitación que nos dieron ya que estaba delante de un parking, la ducha sin cortina y algún personal del hotel.

O hotel é na beira da praia, muito legal. No entanto, o site dizia que as cadeiras poderiam ser usadas sem custo, quando, na verdade, foram cobrados 10 euros pela utilização. O preço é alto em razão do benefício, pois achei o quarto um pouco velhinho... Mas a praia na frente é maravilhosa!

la splendida posizione, direttamente sul mare,lo stile informale delle camere e l'ubicazione dell'hotel su una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola e vicina all'imbarco per le escursioni.

O fato de ser na beira da praia. A gerente é muito simpática e prestativa e fez de tudo para minimizar os problemas que descrevo nos aspectos negativos, inclusive não nos cobrando o transfer e nos oferecendo um passe livre para as espreguiçadeiras de beira de praia.

Combinamos um transfer e o motorista não esperou, tivemos que esperar por mais de uma hora para sermos pegos no porto. O funcionário que fiscaliza as espreguiçadeiras de beira de praia é rude na sua abordagem e não está claro em nenhum lugar, nem no booking.com que as mesmas são pagas.

Está ubicado sobre una de las tantas playas que hay en Mykonos. Está rodeado de restaurantes y barcitos. Para ir al centro de la ciudad en la esquina está la parada de bus que cada 0,30minutos pasa. Volveria a este hotel

Lo hemos elegido por estar frente al mar. El hotel es hermoso, grande y limpio. Para ir al centro alquilando un cuatriciclo o moto, se llega en 5-10 minutos. Recomiendo en Mykonos no parar en el centro. Este hotel, sobre la playa, fue lo mejor del viaje!

Nice beach and we enjoyed being on the beach. Convenient to have pool and restaurants as well.

Staff was not very friendly in hotel or restaurant, with the exception of one man in the restaurant--may have been the manager. We did not receive much sympathy or understanding when we informed them that the aircon did not work. Also, you have to pay for beach chairs in the first 3 rows.
