Ideally situated for families with children, on the sandy Blue Flag beach, this resort is only 2.5 miles from the fishing village of Georgioupolis and 11 miles from Rethymno. The resort has a spa center offering special treatment programs. The hotel has a spacious lobby with sitting room, restaurant, and a bar with a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. That you can chose to pay for extras like food in the daily price. It is next to the beach and has its own pool. Is considered a 4 star hotel but the bathrooms need updating. Their poor internet facilities. The buffet breakfast needs to be improved with more healthy options and fresh fruit.

The staff were excellent as in our previous visit.On our arrival we were surprised and delighted to be shown to an upgrade suite with a private pool which we enjoyed using as the sea was "red flagged" almost all week. After four days we were then downgraded to a smaller suite with a plunge pool to make way for an "important" gest of the hotel! The hotel did try to soften our disappointment and anger, with other "extras" but it left a bad impression with us. Evening entertainment was aimed at the familioes and package guests which is fine but we went into town for more couples entertainment and danced at another large hotel.

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla rodzin z malymi dziećmi. Team animacyjny zajmuje sie pociechami I wymysla im wiele zaba w tym wieczorne mini- disco. Wykwintna kuchnia - stół szwedzki z bardzo zużym wyborem wyśmienitych dań. Czysto I elegancko.

Море и пляж - это восторг!!! Вкусная еда,великолепное обслуживание в ресторане! Прекрасная группа аниматоров! Особая благодарность администрации отеля! -однообразие блюд; -в номерах: утром плохо идет вода, туалет плохо смывает, полотенца застираны, пыль и пол не вытирают; -после 19-00 во всем отеле запах канализации; -в барах в коктейли добавляют воду из-под крана;

в отеле неплохие номера, красивый большой пляж, близко от деревеньки и недалеко от городов ретимно и ханья. из деревеньки можно на паровозике поездить самостоятельно по ближайшим достопримечательностям, либо на автобусе в города. территория не большая и почти не оформленная, вода в бассейнах у номеров холоднющая, как из водопровода, номер темный, на кроватях стелют клеенчатые простыни под обычную, полотенца под депозит и меняют только 3 раза в неделю, сейф маленький с большим ключом и платный, еда очень простая и маленький выбор, никаких морепродуктов, рыба не каждый день, очень бедный стол. на пляже почти всегда волны, лучшие пляжи на южном побережье. цена совершенно не соответствует качеству.

Отличный широкий песчаный пляж, хорошая кухня(средиземноморская) по вечерам тематическая кухня, просторные удобные номера,детская площадка.

la chambre avec la piscine semi-privée , sur notre terrasse... les buffets pour les repas étaient très corrects......la plage à quelques mètres.......bref , c'est un hôtel luxueux à un prix raisonnable (avec la demi-pension) il y avait une mauvaise odeur à notre arrivée dans la chambre , il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour qu'elle disparaisse!! attention , les boissons ne sont pas incluses dans la demi-pension , et cela n'est pas signalé à la commande.........nous avons réclamé , et la direction a fini par nous proposer un accord !

Situation géographique superbe au milieu de la mer et de la montagne éTablissement vieillissant, une seule chaîne de tv en français 'arte', internet payant, spa payant, transat plage payant, peu de personnel, repas peu goûteux, etc... la crise est au rendez vous....

Es ist auf keinen Fall ein 5* Hotel, auch nicht in der Landeskategorie; Reisende, die 4* oder 5* gewöhnt sind, werden sich nicht wohl fühlen in diesem Hotel; es ist leider etwas heruntergekommen, und die Zimmer sind alt.

La chambre spacieuse. La piscine partagée entre 5 appartements (et non 2 comme précisé dans le descriptif, mais cela n'est pas du tout gênant). Le parking gratuit. La variété dans les repas. Le service de qualité. Odeurs désagréables à certains endroits de l'hotel et dans la chambre. La proximité de la discothèque de l'hôtel d'à côté, parfois très bruyante jusque très tard dans la nuit (2 fois sur 9 nuits passées)
