The people of Coco mat are lovely. food at breakfast very good. Design warm cosy and fresh.The Honesty bar is a nice concept and well equipt.we felt at home in the large room (ask for 3r)

Location for users of cars. Finding the hotel driving a car is a nightmare. It is far from central athens. if you use the tram it is not to bad as it is close to Kat station.In and out by car is a bad expiriance. A few strret signs directing to the hotel in streets around and coming of the national Highway would have solved this problem.

Located near metro-station,small walking distance to Kifisia market area,amazing view,friendly staff,free and fast wi-fi,excellent value for money!I recommented to everyone who's planning a relaxing trip to Athens!

This is a great place to stay! The staff were excellent, the comfort is amazing. Really nice design rooms made with attention for details. A warm, cosy place to stay...

We enjoyed very much the special atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly people of the hotel. We all did sleep extremely well and we also chose the hotel for a second stay in Athens. The neighbourhood was very quiet and it is only a few hundred meters to the Metro station of Nafsika and downtown Nafsika.

It was quite confusing to find the hotel if you did not have a map!

Indeed, the beds were great! The breakfast buffet was also delicious. The staff was supremely helpful and responsive. Taking the suite is highly recommended! The difference in spaciousness, the views, and other factors is huge.

There were minor technical problems with our room, but they were all taken care of quickly. The hotel is a little out of the way, if you are hoping to stroll around downtown Kifissia or shop.

I like the welcoming of the staff and their kindness

I did not like that all room doors need to be banged to close. That creates a lot of noise at any time day or night.

I liked the attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the breakfast. the speed of the internet.

Almost nothing is negative in this nice hotel.

It felt like an oasis of calm in the middle of the city.

The only slight problem was barking dogs nearby during the night

Staff was very friendly and polite,rooms were very small but very clean with unexpected comforts(coco mat matresses,pillows),hotel was offering bikes for a ride(very nice idea),the place is very nice and quiet,the food seemed to be very good(didn"t have the time to taste anything,there were offering a selection of dvd and books.Since I "like" the hotel in facebook,they offered us small sweets on our arrival

All the rest: very noisy floor, messy shower with no protection for water splash, very very poor cleaning of the room, lack of organization of the breakfast buffet (there was always something missing, cups or milk or dishes, and the worst thing is that there was always a big delay by the staff in catching up what was missing, and it was always done in a manner that made you feel as if you were asking something very strange, something that you shouldn’t have asked for), coco-mat mattress too soft that caused backache, lack of skills of almost all reception staff. It has been such a big disappointment since the hotel’s on paper- advantages were in fact just a cause of a big stress. Absolutely to avoid in order to have a relaxing staying.

I liked the humane atmosphere. Absent was the usual impersonal, so called professional treatment that often characterizes larger hotels. I enjoyed the very modern, yet unpretentious furnishings. I appreciated the presence of the architect in the design (having taught in a school of archtitecture for 30 years). The bed was high quality, though the pillow was too hard for me (I usually travel with my own pillow, but forgot it this time.) If the occasion arises, I would be happy to stay again in this hotel and would recommend it highly to anyone else.

I've been living in this hotel for almost 4 months and I love it! The rooms are really nice and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The entire hotel is eco-friendly and everything is great! The open-kitchen/honesty bar is an excellent idea and the food is very good. The breakfast buffet with local products and the dinner are good value for money. Free wi-fi is very useful and always working. The nice veranda with the herbal garden is my favourite place for breakfast, dinner or simply for a coffe in the evening. It is like a green island in the middle of the city. The area is very quite but with good restaurant and cafes at walking distance. Metro and Bus are at walking distance as well and the city center is only half an hour trip. The staff is extremely friendly and 24hrs available, I will really miss them. This is really the homey place I was looking for my long business staying!

I liked mostly the location and the friendliness of the staff, but everything was perfect. It is absolutely an excellent choice for those that want to stay in Kifisia or nearby.

We actually liked the whole concept,this is a matrass maker who turned hotelier and knows how to treat clients. It was a lovely experience and will make use of this hotel on a regular basis when viting Athens.

Very nice atmosphere and setting

we stayed at the suite on th 4rth floor which had superb view from the bathroom and the main room!!! The cocomat bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and healthy. I would reccomend the hotel and i would like to stay again.
