The rooms were a good size, the staff were helpful, the pool was a good size. There is a very good looking point accross from the hotel. The price of this hotel we found was quite expensive, it is also placed quite a bit outside the town of Fira which is the nearest town. The looking point which I mention above can not be seen from any of the balconies. |

Our room (standard) was in the pavement, so it was really quiet. It was pretty big and clean. Just in the middle of the island and a couple of miles from Thira, so in a good position to explore. Too close to the main road (the first day we had breakfast, we were shocked by the traffic, since the restaurant is just by the road). The shower has only a little curtain, so every time we had a shower the bathroom was flooded. Expensive drinks at the bar. |

Very warm greeting, style of accommodation was modern yet luxurious. Lovely facilities and view. Would have been nice to have free transfers to town centre as it was a about 1 km away. |

The hotel and the restaurant were excellent but the site said that the hotel was in fira town, It was out of town 2.5 kilometers, it was very hard to get a taxi, and the owner would charge me 12 E to drive down the street The hotel and restaurant as I said are excellent, but one needs to have a rental car otherwise it is very isolated and expensive. |

No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel porque aunque es de cuatro estrellas en España ni llega a dos estrellas, el buffet de desayuno muy pobre, las instalaciones abandonadas y descuidadas, la ducha descascarillada y con esas cortinillas cutres que se te pegan al cuerpo, vamos que no sabía si reir o llorar... y además está a dos km de fira así que o alquilas un coche o te arruinas en taxis. |

Nada, decepcionante situación del hotel, para ver bien las vistas de la caldera tenías que cruzar al otro lado de la ruidosa carretera en la que estaban ubicadas las mesas del desayuno. Nos vendieron vistas a la caldera de nuestra habitación que no existen. Situado a 2.8 km del centro de Fira, al reservar el hotel en sus comentarios no lo especificaba, no existen vistas a la caldera desde las habitaciones, en recepción nos quisieron alquilar un coche y nos cobraban mucho más caro que en cualquier Rent a Car. El último día a las 11:40 a.m. el recepcionista nos recriminó que a las 12 debiamos dejar el hotel, cosa que era evidente. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel, situé au bord d'une route (pas terrible pour prendre son petit déjeuner). Il faudra marcher longuement avant d'atteindre Fira. Attention à la description "vue sur mer", il ne s'agit pas d'une vue donnant sur la caldeira mais vue sur la mer de l'autre côté de l'île. |
