A cordialidade dos donos do hotel é algo impressionante, destaque especial para o casal Catarina e Nectarios, cheios de hospitalidades nos recebeu de maneira especial nós fazendo sentir muito queridos e bem vindos neste agradavel hotel. Recomendo a todos que vão viajar para a Santorine/Grécia para se hospedarem neste magnifico e acolhedor hotel, não tem como errar nesta escolha. Somos um casal Maduro, já estivemos por quase toda a Europa, América do Sul, eua e Oceania, ficamos sempre em bons hotéis, mas sinceramente, nunca vimos em qualquer outro lugar por onde passamos, um hotel onde os donos e funcionários sejam tão gentís e acolhedores, nota 1.000 com estrelinhas para tudo. é o nosso comentário mais que verdadeiro.

Staff and owners are the best. Room is not luxurious but has what you need and is tastefully decorated. Close to the city center. Rooms face east, the opposite side of the caldera, but still have a nice sea view.

Bathroom is spacious and has a good shower, but the curtain does not avoid small floods when having shower. But it is perfectly tolerable.

O hotel nao fica no centro, mas a 50 passos dele... Recomendo pois fui recebido pelos seus donos, extremamente atenciosos... A dona, Catarina, é como uma mae... Quer o seu melhor... Te orienta e ajuda quando preciso.... Confortavel, cama ótima, quarto limpo e com cozinha... Fizemos jantar nela... Recomendo!!!! óTimo preço...!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff/ owners who could not do enough to please. Ideally located and excellent views over the Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stage. Highly recommended.

The hosts really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and easy. The breakfasts are huge, more than enough to keep you going and the location is very quiet, even though it is on the other side to the caldera, it is very close to everything you need. Definitely recommend it.

The owners of the B&B. Very friendly, esopecially for Chinese budget travelers. You feel like staying your best friends' home. Everyting is clean. The breakfast is wonderful.

It was a little difficult to find the villa.

Katerina and her family showed great hospitality and warm welcome to us. Breakfast is well prepared. Really enjoyed our stay there! Highly recommend!

Not exactly located by the sea，but in the centre of Fira，every room has a whole view of the sea，very beautiful and very comfortable. Staff there are very very nice，the host took us from and to the port in person by car，evening at 3am！They even brought breakfast every morning directly to the room. Decoration of the villa is very good. Clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable, unforgettable.

The pool is little bit small～

Very good room with affordable price. The room is located at center of Fira and has wonderful view of city and ocean. The room is well equipped and clean. Little sculptures and other decorations establish great atmosphere for honeymoon. They also provide delicious breakfast. The people in the Villa is very friendly, they pick us up at the harbor and provide everything we need. I will definitely visit this Villa in the future.

I had never seen this kind of client attention that I received in Nectarios Villa. To start, the lovely Catherina (owner) picks you up from the airport, free of charge (she will also take you back when you leave). Once you arrive, you have an amazing view and a perfect room (very big indeed, with all that you might need, and very clean). She also made all the arrangements for a car rental: called the service, they brought the car and at the end she took the car back for us. She will give you advice on where to go and what to see. Breakfast is fresh and brought to your room: just amazing. In summary, you will not be able to find any other place with excellent structure/rooms and this kind of service. If you are looking for a comfortable, stress free hotel, this is the place to go. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

The owners exceptionally friendly and helpfull. 180 degree sea view. Location in capital of Santorini and room exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Very warm and friendly people. Amazing breakfast everyday. It is close to Fira (shops, restaurants, bars etc). Could not have asked for a better place! Definitely going back and highly recommend for all

Nectarios Villa was the best place we could have found for our 1 night stay in Santorini. Nectarios, with his wife Catherine and children live and operate in Nectatrios villa. All amenities are new and great. AC, Hot water, Amazing internet (if you would like to connect to the world). The service is best in class - starting from picking up from the bus station till bidding us goodbye at the airport, Nectarios and his family totally charmed us. The villa is close to the central points of Fira, restaurants, car/bike rentals etc. The family recommended a bike rental and restaurant to us which was fantastic. The villa is close to a couple of blue dome churches (it cant be closer) and over looks the eastern front. Hence you can get a treat of spectacular sunrise - it was amazing. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sandwich, coffee, greek yogurt, juice and fruits. The room also had amenities to cook a small meal, tea coffee machines and microwave. If you are in for a few days, it can be of good use. Great value of money - above all Great service by the couple !!!

Excellent location: quiet, but close to the center of Fira, to the restaurants, shops, the bus station and the cableway. Beautiful view over Santorini towards the sea. Do not forget to ask friendly owners Nectarios and Katarina to collect you at the airport: convenient and at first the hotel will seem difficult to find. Once there, you will see that it is just across the main street from the s part of the center.

The small swimming pool is not heated and exposed to the Northerly wind. In the summer a blessing but in autumn a pity.

Location shown on booking.com map is out, its roughly 400 to 500m NE of this shown location. Which doesn't sound like much but its a very hilly town.

It is a thoroughly delightful place to stay ,beatiful apartment and veiws.very friendly and welcoming hosts .definitely recomended !we will be back this time for longer .thanks for everything,ron and sue, england

Everything was so great, the stuff were very friendly, we had such a great vacation!

We stay at Nectarios Villa for one night. Unfortunately it was only for one night. The place is owned by Nectarios and his wife Katherina. We arrived at the port in Santorini and got a wonderful welcome by Katherina that took us by her scooter to the villa in two rounds. Quite an experience. After that she take care of our luggage. A remarkable woman full of energy and sympathy. Our room was small but very well equipped: a minibar, hairdryer, a small electric kitchen for making coffee and more… a perfect location, a few minute’s walk from the city center. The breakfast was excellent and all “handmade” by Katherina. Although they don’t use to transfer to the airport guests that stay for one night, we got a special treatment and Nectarios took us to the airport. We certainly will come again to Nectarios Villa.

For travellers who would like to get a taste of the capital and enjoy some night life but yet want to stay away from the noises, Nectarios Villa is a great choice. We were impressed by the peace and quiet we got despite we were only minutes away from all the actions. The rooms were spacious with a lot of privacy. Breakfast is reasonable and served each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. All come within a very reasonable price tag for the location and facilities it offers.

The worst thing about the Villa was the actual act of finding it. As also pointed out in other reviews, Google map has got the wrong location. We wandered around the block incorrected indicated by our iphone navigator for ages without much success. Eventually I called up the Villa - while Katerina was very personable and friendly she didn't get our location right away. Eventually when she comprehended our problem and where we were, her husband was on the way to pick us up. Katerina actually called me on the day prior to our arrival and asked whether we would need transfer - we said no as we rented our own car. I would recommend a pickup to avoid the any potential problems. For those who would like to find the Villa on their own - my suggestion is to keep walking uphill on the Main Street once you have past the main part of town. When you see the sign for Dream Island Hotel on the right that is where you should make the turn. You will come into a car park area where you will see a church on the right and a further church in front. Walk towards the second church and up the alley by the church - there you will see Nectarios Villa in front of you.
