Just 87 yards from the sandy beach and one mile from the center of town, this is a family-friendly hotel, located in a quiet area of beautiful Malia. Guests can use the water sports facilities of the nearby beach. All rooms at the Neon Hotel offer sea view. Each is air-conditioned with fridge and private bathroom. Guests can easily access the local bus, right outside the hotel’s entrance. On the eastern side of the north Cretan shores, the hotel is 19 miles from Heraklion and 22 miles from the harbor and Heraklion Airport. The Manager and his family were extremely friendly and helpful. I was only there breifly but they were very attentive, both the manager and his daughter. The manager even drove me too the bus stop to meet my bus to the airport. Would stay again and look forward to seeing them again. Justin Reynolds

Nice location. Helpful staff. Great Owner - Mr.Nikos. Reasonable room rates. Cosmetic Repair is needed shortly. Some decoration and facilities in rooms need to change as well.

το οικογενειακο κλιμα επικρατουσε, ειχε υπεροχο πρωινο το οποιο το εφεραν στο δωματιο και σαν ανθρωποι ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι.. θα προτιμουσα να ηταν λιγο μεγαλυτερο το κρεβατι και αντι για ντουζιερα να υπηρχε μπανιερα...επισης καλο θα ηταν τα δωματια να αποκτουσαν λιγο χρωμα

Posizione ottima,personale gentilissimo,struttura direttamente su spiaggia e negozi. Ad un prezzo economicissimo. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene e sicuramente ci torneremo. Anche per salutare Portos, il cagnetto mascotte che ci accoglieva ad ogni ritorno. Consigliato!!!

Nuestra estancia ha sido en febrero y éramos los únicos huéspedes. Es un hotel para verano, no lo recomendamos para el resto del año. Nos costó localizarlo porque todo el entorno del mismo estaba deshabitado por la época que era.

Très proche de la mer et pas chère. On nous a laissé quitter la chambre à 17h00 le dernier jour au lieu de 12h00. Lit inconfortable (ressort) Rideau de douche trop court (eau partout dans la salle de bain). Petite vue sur la mer "de côté" donc pas terrible pour le supplément que nous avons payé...

очень приятный отель, очень приятный персонал. прекрасный бассейн, и пляж тоже рядом. в номере хорошо, не душно, почти не шумно. поздно вечером и рано утром нет горячей воды. центр города не близко.

La atención del personal ha sido buena. El desayuno ha estado muy bien. Nos pidieron dinero adicional para pagar el aire acondicionado, algo que no es usual en los otros hoteles. Ellos argumentan que ya se lo habían comunicado a Booking. Al menos el gerente arregló la cosa y nos dio el aire acondicionado. La compañía debe verificar las ofertas que hace por internet no es igual al llegar al hotel.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä,jos pitää Maliasta.Hyvin paljon turisteja,Mc Donalskin jopa ja kaikki palvelut suunnattu turismille.Ranta on hyvä ja merinäköala parvekkeelta.Näin syksyllä kuitenkin oli valtavat aallot ja tuulista,joten meressä uinti ei onnistunut.Allasalue viihtyisä.Henkilökunta ystävällistä.Buffet aamiainen peruslaatua.Yövyimme vain yön yli.Parkkipaikka heti kadun toisella puolella ja kalatavernat vastapäätä. Huoneessa veti parvekkeen ovesta ja oli vilpoista.Pieni perusremontti,maalausta seinille esimerkiksi olisi todella tarpeen.Lyhytaikaiseen oleskeluun ihan hyvä,muttei viihtymiseen.

This was our 4th year at the Neon, we have always had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, well located and the staff have always been very friendly with us. Overall the whole experience at the Neon over the years has been very good.

Uitzicht op zee kamers met balcon voor twee pp. zijn fantastisch. Kleine kamer en geen grote badkamer, maar alles is schoon, wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt en plezierig voor een echte strandvakantie.ontbijt is sober , maar ook prima. Lekker zwembad en er mag ook gebruik gemaakt worden van het zwembad van de buren. Geen lawaaiereige jongeren gezien in ons hotel.

E' praticamente sul mare, lo staff e la figlia del proprietario sono gentili. Pulizie giornaliere e cambio biancheria ongni 3 giorni. Ha la piscina con lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti, La colazione è buona e abbondante. Le camere hanno una piccola tv e un piccolo frigorifero; hanno inoltre un balcone con tavolo e sedie. Se volete fare una vacanza itinerante e non rimanere fissi in hotel va benissimo. Il proprietario è una persona inquietante con il brutto vizio di fare commenti in greco (che ovviamente non si capiscono) durante una conversazione. Il bagno è un po vecchio e non c'è l'asciugacapelli ma lo lavano tutti I giorni; l'acqua calda è fornita da pannelli solari termici, perciò la notte o se ci sono molte nuvole, non c'è!
