The hotel is beautiful and historical, with friezes on the ceilings and terrazzo floors. Also, the rooms are colorful and friendly orange color. The staff is nice, especially Karzan. They have free internet. There is a sitting room on the top floor. It's close to the Larissa train station. The hotel is clean. My three problems with this hotel are that some of the staff does not speak English very well, the owners do not give refunds back, and the bathrooms need renovation. When we tried to cancel for one night because we were coming late, we called to cancel. We called three days ahead, and the hotel's policy is 72 hours. The staff said it would be okay. |

The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful, for the locaion the price was good. No hot water in the sink in my room and the bed was not made up properly for the second night, otherwise the facilities OK. |

beds were comfortable,air conditioning was good....hot water at all times....internet works,close to the metro station ,great coffe at the store next door. shared toilets,were'nt too pleasant,maybe the stairs if your stayin on the top floors. |

No hot water in room, at least not in my room. The breakfast is 5 euros, quite expensive for almost nothing. Also, clients have to bring every daily life goods such as toothpaste, shampoon, bodywash, soap themselves. What's more, it is not really easy to find it on your own, as the street name in English is doubled with another street, pretty far away. |

the receptionist was very fanny. and the price. I was surprised because thay sad that my credit card wasnt ok. and they didnt keep the reservation. In facct my credit card is ok also i has no notification for such thint nether from you nether from them. At the and they find a room but it vwasn't a nice behavior. |

Good price, free internet on public place It is located beside a busy street and the windows are not so isolated so it is not easy to get a good sleep. we stay there for two nights all together, we met a very friendly and helpful staff the first day and another rude staff the second day. the blankets and quilts are not as clean as they should be. |

Nice looking hotel, located near metro station. No breakfast available or hot/cold drinks. Internet consisted of 1 computer. Cleanliness of room was basic, could have been better e.g. floors cleaned. Hotel on busy road which was noisey. Would recommend but reluctantly. |

Great value for the money! Everything very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Location within walking distance of two motro stations. A bit noisy from traffic on the street and sometimes also other guests in the stairwell. |
