La seva situació, a Panorama, un barri agradable, amb vistes de la ciutat, el mar i el mont Olimpus al fons.

Les seves instalacions estan envellides, no és un 4 estrelles com diuen. A l'hotel hi viuen refugiats de Líbia des de fa 8 mesos, i es barallen entre ells, i concretament amb altres refugiats que viuen a l'hotel Panorama que està en front. Davant dels nostres ulls van llançar un noi jove per la finestra, i va caure de cap, sortia molta sang...

Cold lobby

The staff were particularly friendly. Especially the young lady at the reception! The room was very comfortable and clean. And the hotel was at a nice location. Fantastic view of the city from the restaurant/cafe on the top floor!

The shower was not very good. Not so much pressure. Also at the breakfast, the boiled eggs were cold (probably not boiled the same day) and was generally a bit poor.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Nepheli hotel . It was easy to find , no problem parking and the room was very clean . In particular , the staff couldn't do enough for us . Thanks

Nice panorama view, diversified breakfast, nice reception personnel, roomy family apartment.

We chose this hotel for the good reviews and booking.com score but we found a definitely non four stars hotel, two and a half for romanian standard. In fact, we haven't found any stars on any identity logo.(!!!). excepting booking.com website (booking.com should update this). The heavy smell in the room was hard to forget, an old fragrance persisting everywhere. The furniture and carpets are tired and need urgent updates. Also the buildings facade.

Restaurant on top is perfect with a perfect view.

This is not 4 stars hotel and pictures are not realistic at all!

Elegant location beautiful sight to Thessaloniki harbor over the elegant circle of 'Panorama'. I highly recommend it

They do a pre-check of your balance but have the rights to do it and it is 100% compatible to Booking.com's policy: it means your account will be not charged physical only legal (finance termin).

Nice clean hotel, a perfect place to rest before going further in to Greece

The view from the balcony of the city of Thessaloniki is impressive, especially that provided by the rooftop restaurant, very good breakfast, with specific foods.

6. Floor, terrasse. View.

Staff were faultless one even tried to sort out my seized I pad.They were always cheerful.

It is inconvenient about 25 mins by bus from City centre.There appeared to be a lack of information about tours until we realised there just weren't any,you need to make your own arrangements by public transport to see Mounts Athos & Olympus

Foarte frig,asternuturi si paturi vechi,lipsa luminii,lipsa unui bar sau restaurant,parcarea f ingusta,un singur lift vechi,totul pare vechi,trist si parasit!o mare pacaleala!conditiile sunt de maxim 2 *!!!

Prima service van het personeel! Mocht zelfs een halve dag langer gebruik maken van mijn kamer nadat ik al uitgecheckt was. Kamer was niks bijzonders..

צוות לא נחמד התמונות באתר מטעות בגדול. מלון ישן לא מצדיק את המחיר ששילמנו. מצפים ממלון עם מחיר שכזה במיקום שכזה להיות ברמה יותר גבוהה ממש לא נהנינו, צוות מחמיץ פנים. נאלצנו להחליף חדר כי לא היו מים. וכל זאת כשאנחנו עייפים ולהם תירוצים רבים. בוודאי שלא נמליץ ולא נגיע שוב.

Ειναι σε ησυχη περιοχη με πολυ πρασινο.

Η αποσταση απο το κεντρο της Θεσσαλονικης αν καποιος θελει να βρισκεται ευκολα και γρηγορα εκει. Οι φωτογραφιες στο booking.com του ξενοδοχειου δεν ειναι ρεαλιστικες, δεν φαινεται η ηλικια του. Το μπαλκονι δεν ειναι καθολου καλο, καλυτερα να μην υπηρχε.

Местоположението и отличното отношение на персонала.

Свалянето и качването на багажа до апартаментите на по- ниските нива.
