Room is good!

The staff was absolutely, positively wonderful. In particular, Violeta did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond and provided outstanding advice, recommendations, and service with a smile. In addition, the location was great, and the hotel was very stylish and well appointed.

Breakfast was a bit strange. I didn't understand why there was so much wonderful bread visible that guests weren't allowed to have. I didn't mind being served bread by the staff (although everything else was buffet style), but they didn't seem to serve the bread that I actually wanted to eat. It was all a bit awkward.

Great decor

No coffee in room. Had to wait till 7 am to get coffee. On a la carte menu, they charge for every coffee refill. It is a rip off

Hotel is kept very clean with pleasant staff. Location is great and just a block away from Plaka shopping street. Desgn of the hotel rooms are very unique and interesting... makes it nice when getting ready to sleep.

The design was excellent - fun, quirky, with exquisite architectural detailing. The staff were delightful - really friendly and helpful. A lovely stay - even the kids liked it!

I was a single traveller but they gave me a room with 2 small beds instead of 1 big bed. I found out the breakfast being somehow build in a way to limit the quantity you will eat. The price is globally a bit expensive in my opinion considering the greek crisis. I tend to believe that alternative decent options at 80 euro can be found in the city center.

Service was friendly and punctual; breakfast was delicious. Wifi is functional and free! The gym, while not enormous, is nicely equipped. The public spaces are stylish, as are the rooms.

They charged me for my second morning latte :( though breakfast was included. I had two rooms. The second one looked over φιλελλήνων Street and was noisy-- though the double plated windows are of the highest quality.

Everything about this city boutique hotel. Locations, service, staff, cleanless, breakfast, spa all.

The room were clean and warm, the cakes were delicious, the staff was nice.

The breakfast was poor, 3 kind of cheese and 3 kind of salami..and omlettes. The problem with us was that they surcharge our bill with mini bar products and after we tell them the one on the reception became verry unfriendly, she didn t apologise for the inconvenience and when we left had to say twice good buy until she answered.

Good central city location. Quirky design features and outstanding service from staff. Close to shops and sights.

Not located in a very atmospheric neighbourhood. Design aspects take priority of practicalities. For example, shower had a strange base tray for collecting water which looked unclean. There was evidence of mould beginning to grow around the bottom of the wood veneer panelling lining the shower. Bathroom hooks located right next to toilet and no towel rail for hand towel adjacent to basin. These are trivial matters but still annoying.

Great location, within walking distance of the main sites as well as Plaka (the old city) where there were restaurants, bars etc. Staff were extremely attentive (if not a little too much so sometimes) but well-meaning and very pleasant. The hotel was very well maintained and designed and had all facilities a guest could ask for.

Our room was extremely noisy (main road-facing) and when we opened the balcony door it was almost unbearable due to traffic. The mirrors in the room are all tinted gold (in the postcard themed rooms anyway) so they were extremely hard to actually use as mirrors. There was a small fold-out mirror which was not tinted so that is what I used for make up but the lighting there was not great. The TV channels could be better - all news channels and movies were chargeable.

Wonderful Hotel in every way. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, the guest came first. Located in central Athens, within easy walking distance of all the historical and archeoligical sites, and withing walking distance of a whole range of restaurants, shops and a flea market. Our room was very modern with every facility, including electrically operated blinds and a fabric shield to dampen traffic noise plus free super fast WiFi. Car parking was across the road and behind the hotel (15 euro per day not 10 euro as advertised) Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the hotel restaurant served reasonably priced delicious food and wine.

Sat Nav struggled with the hotel address, I paid a taxi 10 euro to take us there once we were close. Money well spent in our opinion.

Location could not be better, all staff members are extremely friendly, helpful and professional, the rooms are comfortable and have good wifi network connection and breakfast is excellent. Really, there's nothing not to like here.

Very good location, close to Syntagma Square, Plaka and Acropolis. The design of rooms is very interestng, very modern, combined with a touch of greek traditional. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a good restaurant at the ground floor, offering delicios international cuisine, tasty bakery products and fresh cocktails.

Was a very good hotel, with a nice staff, with a good location on the Athens centre nearby Plaka area.

The bathroom are very unusualy and I think that not was a good ideas to be design like this.

Everything from staff to rooms and services

New Hotel has a great design concept and follow it through in all the details. The very interesting timber sculptural installations and the very interesting and beautiful brass hand basins. Everything in the hotel is bespoke and commissioned from artists. It has a great feeling. The rooms are whisper quiet. It is in a great location and the staff are super helpful. You will love this hotel. I recommend it highly.

A really fantastic hotel. Very well located, all of the key sights are within walking distance. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good internet access by Wifi and 2 x computers. Breakfast offered a wide range and was all excellent.

Friendly, warm, young staff. Very keen to help. Design hotel, top marks for aesthetics. Had breakfast and dinner, I enjoyed both. Very close to the metro, Plaka and Acropolis. From now on, this will definitely be my standard Athens hotel.
