I was in room 5. I enjoyed the feeling that you are actually in a Medieval town, with its silence, the silhouette of the Palace of the Great Master and a minaret against the evening sky. That was my view from one of my windows; from the other, I had a typical arched street winding its way towards the wall of the city. You have restaurants, shops, supermarket, bakery, square at 150 meters and the hub of the city at 300, but you don´t have the noise.
It´s very clean, with new floating floor, good bedding, towels and a generous shower, a fridge. I did not opt for the breakfast, but bought fruit, yogurt, etc., at the nearby supermarket.
There is a nice terrace with tables where you can sit and lots of plants and flowers. And Michalis and Georgia are there to advise you, to print your boarding pass, to hire a taxi for you, to have a little chat if you feel inclined, always nice and smiling, being the perfect hosts. In the old town traffic is allowed only during certain hours. In my case, since I had an early flight, I had not problems in having a taxi at the door of the hotel at 5am. Otherwise, you can ask Michalis how to go about it. On my arrival, in mid afternoon, I took a bus from the airport to the last bust stop near one of the gates and from there I just walked into the Old Town and to Niki´s, but I travel light and I love walking. I fully recommend it.
