При размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей в возрасте от 2 до 12 лет на дополнительных кроватях взимается 20 % от стоимости номера за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается 100 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 3.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

удобное местоположение, до метро 300 метров, остановка автобуса до аэропорта там же. До пешеходно центра 5 мин пешком достаточно старый отель, ужасно маленькие комнаты (3х3) с замками от межкомнатных дверей, очень шумно, окна с одной стороны выходят на глухую бетонную стену, завтрак условный (чай, кофе, булочки) |

Evening tea-coffe service in the room, it is so easy and cheap for the managers but not provided. A few number of staff could be more polite + incomplete breakfast |

i like the location. Bathroom was small, but new and well cleaned. the breakfast i didnt like. poor. staff is rude. only one guy name paris was helpfull and nice. |

Helpful staff, good location for sightseeing, waking distance to the centre of Athens Bathroom was small. If you take shower, floor of the bathroom gets all wet. |

I didn't like the fact that the room was too small, without double beds. There was no waste basket except in the toilet and there was no fridge in the room also! The toilet thaw was also small without a curtain. |

We stayed at the Niki hotel for one night, specifically so we could take the bus from Syntagma the next morning to the airport. The hotel is well located for this purpose a short (5 min, 3 blocks) walk from the Square. It's also well located for touisting since it's close to the subway and in a very central location. The room was clean and comfortable, although simple. Breakfast was decent. The staff could have been more friendly. They were very gruff and unhelpful. Niki street is not a major road and is a little run down so the hotel is a block from a major thoroughfare. Not a big deal, but not ideal for single women walking alone late at night, perhaps. |

Very convenient location, accessable to all forms of transport and shopping/entertainment. 1) Floorboard quality meant all footsteps could be heard. 2)There was no tv reception. I was not able to watch anything, but since I was so tired I just ended up sleeping earlier. Relating to question below, I can not answer yes or no to the guest reviews since i haven't read them. I would recommend the hotel to guests travelling on a budget. I only paid 60 euro. |

Excellent location. Close to shops, main attractions, restaurants, metro, busses, etc. Also, the hotel has recently been renovated, I found it very tastefully decorated, and comfortable. |

Close to center - metro station, Ermou street (shopping), Acropolis, Plaka and Sintagma Square. Just 5 minute walk to every mentioned destination. Internet access was open public line. I personally like protected internet. |

It was a good location for shopping at the Plaka and location to the Acropolis, and the museums. The staff was very rude and cold, like we were doing them a favor staying there. Also, when we checked out they tried to charge me more than what was on our reservation. When I told them it was different he was very rude and made a said where's your paperwork, when I showed him the price, he changed the bill and said "I'm giving you a deal on this" and I said NO your not, I'm paying what was quoted to me. Also, he smoked in the lounge area, even though it was non-smoking. I suppose I would recommend staying there as long as you don't have to deal with the staff very much, because it is a good location for the area. |

Very close to Syntagma metro station(5 minutes) walk.It is exactly in the center of the old city near to almost everything in walking distance.Ermou shopping district,Monastiraki,Psiri,Gazi Akropoli and many more.Small hotel with small rooms and bathroom but convenient for couples. Breakfast |

The staff was very cooperative. The location is good ven though I cannot stay much about the street and its cleanliness. Hotel needs complete renovatiov. Al the fixtures and furniture have passed its life - more or less. There was no satellite TV in the rooms even though they had claimed so. When questiond they stated that CNN and Euronews was working but stopped perhaps after the recent rains!!!! |

The location of the hotel is colse to the main shopping street and also just a few minute from the syntagma square where the bus from the airport stop. Moreover it's easy to explore the city main attractions by foot from the hotel. The facilities in the room is not match the price 90 euro per night!!! compare to others hotel nearby. |
