Η Μοναδική Θέα !! Ο χαρακτηρισμός Appartments δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματική οικόνα του δωματίου το οποίο ειναι αρκετά μικρό !! Ο σωστός χαρακτηρισμός θα ήτανε Studios !

το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό, η θέση του σε πολύ όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον και η θέα από αυτό εξαιρετική. το προσωπικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί, ευχάριστοι και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί, σε ότι και αν ζητήσαμε.είχε εύκολη πρόσβαση- με τα πόδια- στην κοντινή παραλία και ήταν σε σχετικά μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο από μαγαζιά και κεντρικά σημεία/τοποθεσίες αναφοράς του νησιού(π.χ. πόλη κέρκυρας, δασιά, ύψος , πυργί κ.α). η καθαριότητα επίσης ήταν σε καλό επίπεδο, με περιθώρια βέβαια βελτίωσης.γενικά, μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη φιλοξενία.

Il complesso di appart è circa un 10 km as Nord della città di Corfù, in collina a circa un 300m dal mare. Le stanze sono piccole ma pulite, con balconcino. Bella vista sulla baia. Il mare e le spiagge nelle vicinanze non sono granchè, ma è davvero in ottima posizione per spostarsi sia nella zona nord/nord-est dell'isola (è splendida e incantevole , consigliatissima) sia nella zona ovest (altrettanto splendida), sia per visitare la bellissima città di corfù. Consiglio di spostarsi ogni giorno verso spiagge diverse, I colori del mare sono una meraviglia e cambiano nella varie zone. Per muoversi Consiglio l'auto, si noleggiano piccole a buon prezzo trattabile e sono molto più comode di scooter se si decide di tornare di notte. Buona vacanza a tutti.

It has very good position.From Nicolas House is very easy to go in different location of the island. There is nice view from the room. The area is quiet, perfect for relax. Apartments are good organized. Hotel staff is very good. Swiming pool and bar are nice. There is very good parking space. The kitchen could be better equipped. If it would be a lavatory will be good. Tv could be better bigger screen.

The astonish view from the balcony, calmness and tranquility of the site and neighborhood, nice apartment, very clean and with all facilities, nice pool and very friendly Bruno. Nice beach with free facilities. Good restaurants in the neighborhood and very excellent choice of fresh see fish and wines in markets. Maybe the price is little to high. But it could be a way to provide your privacy and peace for relaxing holiday.

Großartige Aussicht, Zimmer wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt mit neuen Badetüchern ausgestattet, sehr Familär geführt, die Nähe zur Stadt Korfu und guter Ausgangspunkt für Sternfahrten vor allem in den Noden der Insel, Gut geeignet wenn man auf der Insel mobil ist Dass der unmittelbare Strand nur eine Mitbenutzung von Hotelstränden ist (geduldet)

“The people and staff that run the Kaiser is the best thing - they are just so friendly and helpful on a personal level which you don't find in larger fancier and more expensive Hotels. Lovely position in a quiet area and a beautiful view from the sea facing bedrooms, you can walk to Corfu town or take a regular bus - easy. Food was great - what more do you want?. Wireless internet is available from the downstairs reception area and it is fast enough and free!!.
