Great location inside the old city of Rhodes, just a few steps away from the Grandmaster's palace. Very nice decor and luxurious room. Hotel staff is extremely friendly, willing to assist you. Very good breakfast.

Primarily, I enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly hospitality that made me feel as if we were a long awaited friend arriving. Jorgos was flexible, solution-focused, practical and attentive. As far as the environment is concerned, we loved the high level of comfort and amenities, eg platter of fresh fruit and bottle of wine on arrival, useful hints and directions, the luxuriousness and attention to detail. The room was simply breathtaking, comfortable, quiet and excellent location, worth spending a few extra dollars!

George (the hotel representative) was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable in all these following aspects directions to transport, sights and walking tours sights, provided opening hours, unique sights like city walls very helpful in resolving credit card issue with respective banks Window nearest to sofa was leaking during heavy rain

The hotel was placed on a main street near the Palace however, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the Grand Master Emery Suite which had a wonderful private terrace with fantastic views of the old town and port/harbour - also a real sun trap. The suite included a luxury bathroom and small kitchenette and all was very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent served in the shaded courtyard. We enjoyed a very relaxing week's holididay and would highly recommend the Nikos Takis Fashion Hotel.

We felt that the entire experience was absolutely extraordinary and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a lovely time in the Medieval city of Rhodes town. Hot coffee for our early flight at 5 am and a taxi waiting, homemade cake, a perfectly comfortable bed and a romantic setting. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Made out last day in Greece VERY special. Thanks. You have to see the decor to believe it but this is definitely not the Westin or other chain hotel. though those are nice, the uniqueness of this experience was well worth it.

Beautiful location inside the old city of Rhodes, very nice and luxurious room. Everybody working at the hotel is extremely friendly and polite, willing to help and assist you however they can. Very good breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Nikos Takis hotel for 10 days for our summer holiday. The hotel is excellently located just a stone's throw away from the Grandmaster's palace in the Medieval City. Right from the outset, the hotel impresses with its charm and decor. Equally, the Nikos Takis staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided a friendly atmosphere, impecabble service, clean rooms and were constantly ready to help. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a peacful, upmarket and relaxing stay in Rhodes.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is clear that the staff pay close attention to every little detail. The staff were wonderful and so helpful - they made every effort to provide the best service! The breakfast was amazing, the best we had during our 2 week honeymoon. I have no complaints!

The hotel staff were warm and hospitable to a degree but we had one complaint, which we will annotate in the next section. Overall, the hotel is gorgeous, well situated in the Rhodes old town, and the breakfast was unbelievably tasty, well-served and top-notch. We were scheduled for a 2-day stay; our first day's arrival was delayed due to our flight being cancelled by Olympic Airlines because of the strikes in Greece on June 28th and 29th, 2011. This was beyond our control and we were told at Athens airport that no other flights (nor ferrys) were headed to Rhodes that day. We were re-booked on the first flight out by Olympic for the next day. However, upon arrival at the hotel the next day, we were told we had to pay for the missed night's stay (which is not cheap, by any means) and the hotel staff were adamant that we "might" have found another way to get to Rhodes! Were we supposed to swim? This explanation was unbelievable to us, and we were sorely disappointed in this attitude and treatment by the Nikos Takis managers.

The hotel is a real gem. Magnificent location in old town. The standards of service and attention to detail are impressive. We liked the breakfasts, the comfortable beds, the welcome wine and fruit, the hotel decor, the air conditioning, the free internet access, the chocolates on the bed each night, the bottles of water and the impeccable cleanliness. But most of all it was the friendliness and willingness of the staff to help and advise and create a 'homely' atmosphere that made our experience extra special.

Giorgio, at the reception, is simply fantastic. It was my birthday and he took a bottle of champagne (or something like that...) in my room. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the position in the heart of medieval town

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with an awesome view of the mosque ! The jacuzzi was fantastic ! George was very nice and extremly helpful ! Breakfast was homemade and super delicious !!! served on the lovely terrace. Next time we'll definitely stay longer...

A localização é perfeita, a 5 metros da rua dos cavaleiros e do castelo dos Grão-Mestres. Recepção excelente! Café da manhã maravilhoso! Tudo muito bom! Decoração do quarto perfeita!

Veramente un soggiorno indimenticabile!!!!!! Staff estremamente attento...i preziosi consigli di Giorgio, le coccole di Seva... E Irina? Insostituibile! Tutti molto attenti a rendere questa vacanza unica...tornare in albergo era come tornare a casa...la casa delle favole. Ambiente accogliente e confortevole...e che dire della colazione? Veramente superlativa!!! Torneremo sicuramente al Nikos Takis...atmosfera d'altri tempi. Meraviglioso.

Hotel de charme idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Rhodes.accueil et service excellents.décoration raffinée.conseils judicieux pour visite de l'île .petit-déjeuner raffiné et excellent servi sur terrasse magnifiquement arborée.on se croirait dans 1 riad au Maroc tant l'appel de l'orient y est grand,mais dès que l'on sort ,la Grèce que l'on aime est bien là (le matin de bonne heur et le soir tard,quand les croisiéristes sont repartis)bref un havre de paix raffiné !!!! Un accueil au port ,quand on arrive en bateau,serait un plus très appréciablen,car la montée de la rue Socratou à pied avec les baggages peut sàavérer pénible...mais on oublie très vite, tant l'accueil est super
