very nice place especially before high season, with really fine swimming pool. Two rooms apt.with bath and kitchen a lot of green, peace, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly and young staff. Extremely nice place, apartments full equiped, pool area and bar, courtesy room and an interior garden really superb.

The bath discharge stinks a little. Full of mosquitos.

The staff went out of their way..organised accodomotion on Nisyros for us..upgraded our room. The garden setting was fabulous and really gives the hotel something special.

Mightily impressed and would definitely go back. Excellent value and facilities, with superbe customer service. The Nissia is located 5mins from the beach and 10mins from the airport (15euro taxi), near to all restaurants. Very quiet and civilised with a diverse and well behaved clientele: couples, families with kids/grand parents, well behaved groups of lads/lassies, many of whom were repeat customers when we went in June. Excellent pool, lots of beds/parasols, with a quiet bar/snack area. All apartments set around a well maintained garden courtyard creating a Greek Feel. We stayed in their 4person room with 2 adults and 3 small children which was easily big enough. Kitchen is small though OK for breakfast-lunch. Aircon very good in the bedroom area. Spotless rooms cleaned each day and linen changes 2-3 times per week. Absolutely no noise (and we stayed during Euro 2012). Excellent customer service with very helpful and understanding staff. Do yourself a favor and spend a relaxing holiday in the Nissia. Also, go to their BBQ (once/week) which was excellent value. Don't go over the road to the hotel with a larger pool. This is ex. 18-30 with that kind of clientele.

I have to say that this was one of the nicest apart hotel that I ahve stayed in. The cleanliness was next to none. The staff were just lovely. So accomodating, friendly and welcoming. The dog Tricky was a star as well. Beautiful courtyard. The only comment that I woudl make is that we were unfortunate and had one of the enclosed balconies.

il residence è bellissimo e curatissimo, la posizione è ottima ed è dotato anche di piscina, insomma, nulla da dire rapporto qualità preszzo eccellente.

Nasszelle/WC entspricht nicht ganz den Erwartungen die man an ein Ferienhotel stellt.

è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura,e la consiglio caldamente per chi cercasse un buon punto d'appoggio per l'escursione a nisyros.

camere abbastanza grandi, arredamento spartano senza molti confort (no tv), posizione buona non molto lontana dal centro ma non troppo vicina al chiasso notturno, ottimo collegamento internet gratuito.

pulizia approsimativa, per esempio la domenica non E' prevista la pulizia delle camere.

Alt. Som å bo I blomstrende "oase" inne I en by. Svært gode senger og koselige rom. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Ligger veldig sentralt, rent og pent

Hotellet ligger ved siden av en kirke og kirkeklokkene virker veldig bra klokken 0600 og utover :-) Dusjen var slitt og da ble det håndholdt dusj :-(

die Liebe zum Detail, man ist sich nicht wie in einem großen Hotel vorgekommen sondern wie in einem kleinen griechischen Ort.

dazu waren wir zu kurz da, nur eine Nacht.
