I was upgraded to an 'Akropolis view' room, which was fantastic. Njv is in the best of locations whether one is visiting Athens or business or for a holiday. It is close to historical sights, shopping areas (Kolonaki, Ermou, etc), the beautiful pictureusque area of Plaka, and not that far away (walking distance) from Acropolis and the new Acropolis Museum. There is a tube station located just two minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient to use to get around Athens (quite possibly changing into the overground train for areas outside central Athens). The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay there again. |

Problems at soundproofing. 3 days we wouldnt be able to rest cause of the noise. For the price they ask, they have no excuse. |

Spacious room and bathroom, central location (on the Syntagma Square), close to the main shopping street Ermou, Monastiraki, Thiseio, Kolonaki.Also the metro station on Syntagma Square is very convenient if you want to go to places further away. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and you can enjoy a nice coffee break during your shopping . The first room allocated was unacceptable and we had to ask to change to another room.Fortunately they offered another room at the same rate otherwise we had to pay 220 euro extra for a syntagma view room. They would charge cancellation fees for two days in case we cancell and move to another hotel because of room. |

Only the view from the balconies.When we arrived they had a bottle of wine on the table which they took as soon as they showed as the room.They said it was not for us!It was a mistake!!!!! Not even a chair on the balcony!!which was also dirty!For 5star hotel this is unbelivable.In the morning breakfast was poor and I had to ask three times to serve me coffee! Service |

Rmm cleanliness, comfort, location. Ridiculously expensive services - 25 Euro each for a buffet. 40 Euro per day to use the gym. Even for Athens that's a bit much. |
