The view from the balcony across the bay to Batsi was gorgeous. Yiannis met me at the ferry and drove me to the hotel, recommended a great restaurant (Stamatis) and then arranged a hire scooter for me, despite the fact the hire shop wasn't open for the season yet. The drain from the shower was mostly blocked and flooded the floor in the bathroom every morning. Yiannis wasn't around much to talk to about it.

Beautiful view like on the pictures! The Street is between the Hotel and the beach, but little traffic. Coming from the port, you can ask the bus driver to stop just in front of the hotel. The beach is nice for a little swim, but you find much cleaner beaches3 km towards Gavrio (bus ) or by car all over the island. Boris from the Hotel is friendly and very help full, we had a car for rent in front of the hotel, the taxi the last morning and information about excursions. There are poor kitchenette equipment

Met heel veel plezier kijken we terug op ons verblijf van 3 weken in appartementencomplex Nora. Kleinschalig en op de mooiste locatie in Batsi: vanaf ons ruime balkon zicht op het dorp en de haven, op de omgeving en op de zee. De gehele dag is er zon. De studio (wij hadden nr 6) was eenvoudig maar prima. De eigenaar was heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bij aankomst stond een flesje wijn als welkom klaar. De schoonmaak was goed geregeld. Vóór de deur was er een klein privéstrandje. Gezien de later periode van ons verblijf (eind oktober) kwam Batsi over als een slaperig, maar gezellig dorpje. Een aanrader dus!

τελεια θεα. ειχε ολεσ τισ παροχεσ για μια οικογενεια. φτιαξαμε φαγητο στο δωματιο και χωρεσαμε χαλαρα οι 4ρεισ μασ στα κρεβατια του τρικλινου. οπωσ ειχαμε διαβασει στισ κριτικεσ , η αισθηση που σου αφηνει ειναι λεσ και εχουν ξεχασει μετα το 1980 να το ανακαινισουν. παντωσ περασαμε φοβερα.

The view from the balcony was exellent and the beach was fine with sand and rocks. Pity that the water in the sea was so cold that time in April. But there are many good hiking paths in the neighborhood. The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. Warm greetings to Nora-Norita!! The very windy weather but it´s not a fault of Nora-Norita :-)
