I liked the basic hygiene of the hotel , the service at restaurant was good. Friendly staff
The price is expensive
The reception staff were not warm, we did not feel the friendly welcome we usually get from other hotels.
Wifi connections. Value for money. Good hotel for business stay. Friendly staff.
Shower was cold, but they said it was an exception due to problems with water heating system. Location is not attactive.
2 Children under 16 free. Good services.
Small room size. Slightly far from metro.
Cleanliness and service
Breakfast buffet is good
Reception staff very helpful and all spoke good English. The accommodation was of good quality and the buffet breakfast excellent . The view of Athens from the roof pool and restaurant was amazing at night with the Acropolis lit up.
Restaurant and bar prices were expensive . The hotel is located in poor area of Athens and not somewhere that one would choose to walk around in in the evening or night.
The hotel room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast (included) was convienent and offered many items (hot and cold) to satisfy the pickest eater. The hotel had several tour groups coming and going while we were there but we never waited long to speak to the front desk. They were very efficient.
The hotel was outside the city center which was our choice since we planned to return to Athens and stay in the city center after visiting other sites around Greece. The buildings have graffiti on them (this is true of most flat surfaces in Athens by the way . . .) and this took us by surprise initially. We asked and were assured the area was safe. We took the usual precautions, walked to the local market and to the major street and did not feel unsafe. I won't say you get used to all the graffiti but the shock value does diminish. This is nothing the hotel could do anything about - it is everywhere
restaurant in the roof amazing ,very nice service, view exelent
ubication no good for me
very noisy rooms about air-condition..and localization is very bad..like a ghetto looks like dangerous
Good location, about 10 min walk from the subway station and about 30 min walk to the Acropolis. Do not agree with the previous reviews about the area. It is definitely not "seedy", and one can walk safely in the area. A local restaurant on a small square with church, 3 blocks from the hotel, can definitely be recommended, offering some traditional grills. Good, attentive personnel. Exceptional breakfast.
The free WIFI and breakfast was all good the security for the lift was excellent. The walk to Larissa Metro was a short 10min walk therefore is was easy to get to all the main attractions.
Hot water in the shower was not good and the shower rose leaked I did speak with reception and a maintenance man was s . No pull out clothes line.
Excellent breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast
Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room Uncomfortable mattress
Very polite, courteous and obliging staff. Rooms are clean, and in good condition. The free parking in this part of the city is a big advantage.
The couch bed was not comfortable. You could feel every spring.
Pool are was amazing with a great view. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Area is a bit dodgy but hotel was like a little oasis.
Carpets in the corridor were old and dirty.
Great hotel, modern, helpful staff, quality food (breakfast and dinner) Great view from roof of the Acropolis.
Probably only the location.
Hotel was cute overall ... But
Saw a huge roach at breakfast and didn't like the location at all.
Dusty. Exposed blushing in hallway. Fake TV's in hallway. Black mold in shower. Rotten base boards. Generally beat up. Rough neighborhood. Far away from downtown. Worried about traveling through neighborhood.
The staff at the roof top bar were extremely rude. I ordered a margarita which was definitely not up to scratch when I told the bar staff, I was yelled at and sworn at in Greek. I spoke to the hotel manager about what happened and nothing was done about it. Never experienced such rude service.
Hotel on very good , excellent value for money thanks to the kids below 16 yrs old not paying
Unfortunately the location although pretty close to the main attractinos and the centre of Athens is rather downtrodden. We solved the issue using taxis ( which are cheap) to and from the hotel.
Super friendly and helpful staff Really great with kids Pool a winner
Great hotel with a spectacular breakfast.
The only let down is that it's located in a very bad neighbourhood with many undesirables around
Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite
No draw space in the room
