Nice terrasse with view on Acropole, Nice room.
Clean room, perfect view from the bar on the roof. Breakfasts were good. Personnel is polite.
Pool is too small for 8-floor hotel. WiFi is awful, one has to enter password again and again. Windows in rooms can't be opened. My keycard didn't work.. I had it changed and new one also didn't work properly. So I had to run from the 7th floor to receiption and back to the 7th floor... twice a day.. When we came back to our room, we saw that fruits at the table had disappeared..
Stayed in Novus hotel for 2 nights. Easy walk from metro makes exploring Athens easy. Plaka district is walkable, no problems whatsoever at day or night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival upgraded to larger room, meaning I had ample space. Room was clean, comfortable and free wifi worked pretty well. Overall recommended. Breakfast very decent.
The pool on the roof is small but nonetheless the rooftop is awesome, especially with the view on Acropolis.
The service and staff were friendly enough . Breakfast room with roof open was magic
Sleeping next to the lift. That's all we heard all night. Could not extend our stay to three nights fully booked out. Staff tried to help but in the end we ended up in pireaus .
The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast had a really good choice and went on until 10.30! Great views from the roof top.
A little expensive.
(+) the staff was very nice. Above all the young girl: Katarina (+) the terrace has fantastic views, this is the highlight of the hotel (+) the room which I was given was big
(-) the biggest nuisance was the problem with entering my room, once I needed about 15 minutes to do this (it required many visits to the reception) (-) wifi is far from perfect; during two days stay the hotel had two problems with wifi (every time at least 30 minutes it was not available) (-) the pool is very small, the number of sunbeds also (-) the hotel is located in an ugly area and the walking distance to Plaka is significant (30 minutes) (-) in the booking I asked for the high floor. I was given ...the 2nd... note that there are 7 floors in the hotel. The view from the room was ugly.
Katerina from the hotel reception had an exceptional smile and made me feel very welcome.
Our toilet was leaking water on the floor every time it flushed. this is not good.
Rooms, balcony, pool, staff and the friendly atmosphere.
It was very clean and nicely presented, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar/pool area is lovely
The location is pretty horrendous, don't go out at night ladies. It was a short walk to the metro station to get to other areas which was good, but I wouldn't leave at night.
The hotel, views and facilities were great. The staff were very nice. There is a square (Agiou Giorgio) three blocks away it if you wish to dine close to the hotel with a great and authentic taverna. I would recommend for a stay of a couple of days.
The hotel is located on the edge of a very rundown neighborhood and walking through this is the most direct route to Monistiraki and the centre. Metro or taxi are advisable. There is very little on offer around the hotel so for longer stays better to be closer to the centre.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location for us was excellent. Tourist bus stop and Metro only 2 minutes walk. Parking on site. Ample breakfast with good range of choices.Small top floor pool and bar with view of the Parthenon.Free fruit in room.
Cooked buffet breakfast sits in heated trays too long, though I understand the difficulty in catering for many guests over a 3 hour breakfast period.
It is good value and is nicely decorated. A bit of an oasis in the neighbourhood
The location is a bit of dodgy at night and is a little far away from Plaka, the many tourist section.
Overall a very nice city hotel
The area is very boring but subway is around the corner
Very close to the metro stop clean rooms friendly employees
Area is not nice and often dangerous. Rooftop pool is small and impossible to get a sunbed as there are only 5 of them. Orange juice at breakfast was pretty bad chemical mix.
Wi-Fi needs to be improved. Very slow and constantly need to sign back in. Very annoying.
Overall very good , clean hotel.
Noises bathroom .
Roof top bar and swimming pool area is lovely. Great view of the Acropolis from rooftop bar. Short walk to train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was reasonably expensive.
Honest, reliable, friendly and comfortable. In a great location. Everything was made easy for them.
Rooftop bar and pool Central location Staff Spacious clean airy rooms
Area is not great for eating out.
The hotel is in an excellent position and has such clean and modern rooms. The staff were really helpful and seemed genuinely nice. I really enjoyed my stay there.
Some furnishing were a bit old and they forgot water on 2 days but not a big deal at all relative to everything else offered
The hotel was clean, well-lit and well maintained. The pool and bar on the roof were great hang-out places in the evening and in daytime. Breakfast was very good, and they changed up the buffet items a bit from one day to the next. Home-made jams and jellies were excellent. The outstanding thing about this hotel is how friendly and helpful the staff is. They gave us great advice on things to see and do, and on the best ways to get there.
Everything was excellent. But most of all we were impressed with the staff. I would definately go back there.
I liked everything.
Staff was very helpful.
Location a little bit off center. Room was somehow noisy.
We liked the welcome we received and all the attention to detail that went with it. The underground parking was also useful although a little tight for our large estate, (just a couple of shunts on each level)! The hotel is only a minute or so from the city tour bus and you can actually see the tour-bus stop from outside the hotel. We were delighted with the breakfast options and the roof-top restaurant was superb.
