Spacious rooftop balcony with lovely views. Located right next to the beach and good sized pool and jacuzzi. We really liked the style of the hotel with villa-like rooms.

Family room was a bit cramped with split level floor. Small bathroom and breakfast was average with not a lot of choice.

As the name suggests, this is a beach hotel and it is right on the beach, and the beach is decent. There's an excellent mini-mart right next door that sells everything and is open late. The hotel's pool and facilities are decent and the staff quite helpful, especially young Christina. The hotel grounds are pleasant enough and there is direct access to the decent beach.

It's not anywhere near what you are really coming to Santorini for (the sunsets, night clubs, restaurants and famous caldera). You will need your own transport (which the helpful reception staff can do for you at very competitive rates) or arrange something to see any of these. Apart from the excellent mini-mart next door, there is very little within walking distance (though I must say Mario Tavern about 1.5 km away is well worth the walk). Being a budget hotel, you are already not expecting the hot water, Wi-Fi or room electrical supply to be reliable and this is the case here, although the Wi-Fi at Reception is pretty good (and free everywhere). A special word of caution if you are booking a loft-style room (ours was 107); the air conditioning unit (which worked fine) is positioned on the wall about four feet lower than the level of the loft. This means the loft does not receive any cooled air from the air-conditioning unit (it blows to the ground floor only). As there are no windows in the loft, in summer you will sleep in your own sweat at about 30C until 02:00 or so in the morning, when the loft temperature finally drops below 25C. Take a piece of cardboard or plastic and be sure to insert into the room's electrical activation switch to run the AC all day. Perhaps other loft-style rooms are designed differently. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (but the very helpful and resourceful Christina at reception managed to rustle up an electric kettle for our one week stay; of course you could not run the kettle and the air-con at the same time as the circuit breaker would trip; like all good budget hotels, in anticipation the circuit breaker box is in a prominent location with its safety cover already removed for easy access). All in all, if your expectations are where they should be for a budget hotel, you won't be disappointed, but be sure you understand the location - no sunsets, no bars or night clubs and no famous views of the caldera.

The head staff at front desk was extremely rude. The beds were very uncomfortable. The towels were hard and ripped. The light in the reception area were the wifi is are turned of every night around 11pm and the staff tells you you don't need lights ur on ur phone. The beach is VERY rocky. Breakfast no fresh fruit, oily eggs. Bad spot for vacation.

Located close the airport, this is ideal for anyone arriving or departing late from the airport. Despite the proximity to the airport, it was quiet and fun to watch planes come and go. The hotel is located on a beach with a pool and beach bar. It was a quiet destination. Breakfast was suitable. The view was excellent. The staff was friendly when addressed.

At the time of our visit the wifi was only available in the lobby which was inconvenient. That said, there were ample chairs and couches. Our room was small but given the location, we did not spend time outside of sleeping in the room. The only other criticism was that the hallway was dark (pitch black) at night and made it difficult to get in and out of room. We enjoyed the cats and one ran into our room, but I imagine if you have an allergy that would not be welcomed. I thought they were friendly and adorable!

    - when I first arrived I found the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly - my bed cover was covered in hair - Telephone did not work - the room smelt like sewerage - had no pessure in shower heads, more like a dribble of water - Reception did not speak English very well and when you ask to repeat that became quite rude

Dirty unfriendly poor location, no idea how they can charge what they charge, facilities for a family were very very poor, hired a car to spend all our time out of the hotel never ever go back. Refused to eat In The restaurant breakfast choice was disgusting. Who ever gave it a 3 star must be blind

The pool was very dirty. The water was foggy. The room was very small. The towels were like sand paper. The WiFi did not work in the room and was spotty in the public areas.

Location next to airport. We stayed in Kamari and Oia for our vacation but rented Okeanis for the night before we left because we had a 3:45 am flight and did not want to drive far at that time of the night. The staff was incredibly helpful and probably the best part of the hotel.

The location is dingy - right by the airport - you miss the shops, restaurants, and nicer beaches of the south part of the island. Small rooms, dingy pool and amenities.
