Excellent Staff - very helpful.Very clean everywhere
Bathroom quite small. Not a great choice of warm food at breakfast,
This hotel is a very comfortable way to stay in the center of Thessaloniki. Everything was nice and excellent.
The rooms are well designed, but the designer was crazy when the toilett door was made from glass. So if you are young couple and stay this hotel in a double room you can see your your partner while she or he is sitting on the toilet. It is crazy. Anywhere I see like this stupid thing !!!!! So please change the doors if you want to get positive feedback.
Modern comfortable room Nice breakfast buffet.
Very small bathroom:(
Good location, helpful receptionists, comfortable bed in the room, good facilities in the room, overall nice experience.
Food at breakfast not as tasty as expected but not too bad either.
Problem with the water not hot.small bath
Everything was perfect and in a very good price ;-)))
Very good location, friendly receptionists, clean hotel, acceptable breakfast.
Shameful problem with hot water at the higher floors - no hot water, small room (when I made the reservation, the room was much bigger), extremely small bathroom with bad smell. Terribly noisy at night because you are above a busy street with restaurants and cafes.
location is wonderful. at the center of city you can walk everywhere. high quality breakfast
not clean bathroom ,it is necessary to refurbishment .also very small bathroom
Really nice location. Close to Egnatia Street and Aristotelous Square. We asked for late check out and staff kindly accept our requirement. Breakfast was just ok but really crowdy.. Many people in small place.
Bathroom smells bad. We stayed there for a single night, although we didn't have a shower.. Shower curtain was really dirty.. even the floor was! Room was really small.. and here is no place to put your luggage..
Modern and clean
Small lift Some hours no hot water
great value for money friendly staff very good breakfast and very convenient
liked restaurants bars with in walking distance, and shops.
beds were very uncomfortable and the pillars were like concrete, staff were ok but did not make you feel happy or welcome, as they all had sad faces no music in the breakfast room in the morning, and no happy smiling faces to be seen with either guests or staff!
Modern and nicely decorated rooms. King size bed very cosy for sleeping.Location near to the center. It was a pleasant stay for our family.
The bathroom was too small and instead of glass doors, the shower was with curtains so that water ran out each time you take a bath.
We loved everything - the rooms were modern, practical, pleasing on the eye and spotless. The staff were always extremely helpful and their local knowledge was spot on. We booked a quadruple room and their was myself, my 2 teenage daughters and their friend. We were given a family room with an interconnecting door which was just perfect (not least because it had 2 bathrooms!). We went to Thessaloniki to take part in a 5K night run and we had a great time. I have visited Thessaloniki many times and stayed in expensive hotels which didnt deliver half as much as this one did. It will be my hotel of choice from now on for sure! Highly recommended.
ok, I have a 'thing' about hotel hairdryers - why do they always have to be so useless? I took my own as i was travelling with 3 long haired, teenage girls and the getting ready to go out is bad enough without having to wait for a dreadful hairdryer! If this hotel had decent hairdryers it would be the epitome of perfection for me - having said that it most definitely wouldnt put me off staying there again and it shouldnt put you off either - just take your own hairdryer if its a priority to you!
Very helpful staff, everything you need is at walking distance, the room was safe for a curious 13 month old baby.
I guess they should invest in a second high-chair for the babies, as there was only one
The location Nice room but small
Poor breakfast Noice from the road but is in the center if the city it is something to wait for.
for a city trip perfect and very central
very smal bathroom (ca. 2 qm) and not very clean
I liked the location most of all and the quaint little balcony was great. Breakfast was very fresh and well stocked everyday with a good variety to choose from. The bed was very comfortable, an important part of my travels to be able to sleep well as is for everyone. I found the staff very pleasant too and always happy to help out.
My room on the corner was quite noisy at times with cars beeping their horns late at night. Shower was very difficult to comfortably wash in due to it's small size.
Our barman dimitri was fantastic and very helpful.
Some nights there was a lot of outside noise.
Location was great, it was clean too
Rooms were very small. Especially the bathroom. Generally not much space to move.
Incredibly helpful staff, especially the receptionist who's on weekend mornings. Excellent food. Great location. Good value.
Well-built hotel by Greek standards, you still hear noise from rooms above. And there is a lot of street noise at weekends, whichever side you are on (busy evening area).
For the price, this was disappointing. Rooms were tiny, walls were thin, and we had noise from the street, too. The small toiletries you might expect were lacking. The breakfast was adequate but not great. Parking is crazy, as it is everywhere in the city. We cancelled one of three nights and couldn't get a refund (per pre-stated rules, so that wasn't surprising), but also were not offered any upgrade or gesture. Directions and restaurant recommendations we asked for were week. (Is there no tourism office in town?)
The tastefully decorated premises, the friendliness of the staff, the unbeatable location (within walking distance from whatever best Salonica has to offer), the choice at breakfast
I'd rather see the shower plastic curtains be replaced with a plexiglass partition - This would make showering less messy
everything was very good more than I expected.
