Clean room, central location, excellent breakfast First room we got smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The second room had an unspecified smell coming from the bathroom, though we got used to it after a few minutes |

Its clean, very modern, location is perfect to move around and very very close to city center. Also I loved the furniture (specially Kartell chairs). Also I loved the room service and the breakfast. No,, it was pefect. |

Very clean, nice location, good breakfasts, and nice to have a balcony. The only small problem was that I had booked a double room and we were given a room with twin beds. When we asked to move to a room with a double bed, the only available rooms were smaller. Our bill was reduced by 20 euros, presumably to reflect this. Overall, the hotel was excellent though. |

The hotel room was very clean and the linen provided was very good quality. The staff were very helpful. Distance to Aristotelis square was good, only a short walk. The aircon was too strong and we could not seem to turn it down. It did not matter as we did not spend that much time in the room. |

Central position, easy walking everywhere. We had a room facing into Roman Agora. Elegant, very clean. Good breakfast. The staff – kind and very helpful (we are most appreciative for helping us to find and park our car). Unfortunately we could spend only a day in Thessaloniki and it is obvious that we must come back. We'd like to find a mini-bar in the room. Maybe next time. |

great location only a view minuts walk from the city centre. the staff is very helpful and customerfriendly. the room i stayed in (409) was perfect for one person. the hotel offers 8 free parking spots in front of the hotel. during the weekend there is a lot of slaming of the doors from people coming and going out late at night. it simply isn't possible to close the door without a big bang. |

very good breakfast for a Greek hotel, friendly service; also, when we arrived we asked for a double bed and we were then given a nice big, sunny room on the top floor where it was very quiet and peaceful the lobby is a grim and dark, a real pity; the recent renovation has a 'cheap' feeling that makes the hotel seem dirty |
