La fraicheur , la gaité de la chambre, et la vue sur le port. Le service moyen au petit déjeuner, à surveiller. Le manque de tact de certains employés à l'accueil.

El comfort de la habitación. Esta ubicado a poca distancia del centro histórico de la ciudad y de la zona de restaurantes. El desayuno es el típico buffet, pero es lo habitual en Grecia

Το σημείο-τοποθεσία. Πολύ κεντρικό και απέναντι από πιάτσα ταξί. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό αλλά ελλιπές.. Ζήτησα από τη ρεσεψιόν να ενημερωθώ για το πρώτο πρωινό δρομολόγιο κτελ για Χανιά προκειμένου να προλάβω την πτήση των 10 παρά, Κυριακή. Το πρόγραμμα που είχαν δεν ήταν ενημερωμένο. Τις Κυριακές το πρώτο λεωφ. φεύγει στις 8 και όχι στις 7, με αποτέλεσμα να είμαι με το μωρό στα ΚΤΕΛ για πάνω από 1 ώρα και να το έχω ξυπνήσει και από τις 6:00!-Δεν υπήρχε room service. Χρεώνανε 3€ εξτρά το πρωινό αν το έπαιρνες στο δωμάτιο. Το πιάτο που μου φτιάξανε είχε προϊόντα μπαγιάτικα. Από καθαριότητα χάλια. Τα χνούδια περπατάγανε (παρά το ότι καθαρίζανε κάθε μέρα) κι η πατούσα σου γινόταν μαύρη αν περπάταγες ξυπόλητος. Ίσως επειδή είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο έχει καυσαέριο..

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να υλοποιήσει οποιαδήποτε απαίτηση.
