The staff was excellent. Mr Dimitris, the manager, was very helpful and took care of all our needs personally. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the view from our suite was awesome. Price-wise its ok, though the view is worth the money one pays for the suite.Oniro Suite is just overlooking the volcano and has excellent views from the jacuzzi. Super Markets, car rentals and bus stop are just 200 meters away from the hotel which makes it favourable. It is walkable from Fira and is accessible to almost every place in santorini by bus or carOverall, a recommendable place to everyone visiting Santorini.

Nothing except climbing up and down was a little bit of pain but thats common in santorini due to the location. The price can be eased further.

The bathroom in our room was extremely small, it would be considered small for a boat bathroom. We paid quite a bit of money to get a nice room in Santorini and the bathroom was just inadequate for how much we paid.

Dimitris was alOt of help. It was a prefect location, beautiful views and a fantastic place to share with a loved one. It's quiet and peaceful I'd definately recommend to a couple for a fantastic getaway!

The view is stunning. The staff is friendly.

1.There's a cable at the front of our room. It's better to stay at higher floors. But it would be more expensive. 2.The restroom is too small to even get a shower. 3.You have to walked a long way hanging the heavy luggage to get to the hotel. however, every hotel with good sunset view has this disadvantage. You have to bear it.c 4.The price is high.

Double booked our suite for the first night, had plenty of time to inform us but did not. Very poor attitude. We had to stay in a "standard room" which was too small very claustrophobic and stuffy. Apologies and a eu100 refund is insufficient. We spent one night in the actual suite we booked and were hussled out by cleaning staff before the 12 noon check out time.

Very nice location with great view onto caldera and sunset; nicely designed room (stayed at Lava). Extremely helpful and nice staff at the reception.

A big thank you goes for the Oniro Suites's staff especially Dimitrius who made our stay as special as possible. The view from the terrace is simply amazing and since the suites are situatued on the highest part of the island you'll get teh best view possible both during day and night. Breakfast is simply delicous and is served in your own terrace which makes your start of the day overlooking the island and volcanoes. Will definitely book the Oniro Suites again and will also reccomend them to anyone who's looking for a romantic stay in santorini with the best view ever together with being in a quite area of the island however only a few minutes on foot form thira.

Hotel Manager was very helpful for the trip. A truly amazing view from the suite balcony. Breakfast on the balcony was very nice as well.

Dimitris was an attentive, polite, and sincere manager and was an immense help to us whenever we had questions. The location is amazing, and we stayed in the Oniro suite which had its own private jacuzzi. Breakfast delivered to you on the porch-with view of the entire caldera marred by only one row of buildings-or in your room is hearty and of good quality. 30 minute walk to Fira is beautiful at sunset and romantic at night on the way home.

Bathroom is typical of this area, which is not what Westerners are familiar with.

Dimitris the hotel manager was most helpful. Gave excellent recommendations of restaurants, sites and activities all around the island. Made the stay an absolute pleasure. A top notch brekky served personally to your deck was enjoyed taking in the amazing views.

Estuvimos en la suite Oniro y era encantadora. Increibles vistas de la caldera. El jacuzzi exterior en la terraza privada fabuloso. Muy buen desayuno. A destacar los consejos y el trato de Dimitris.

Lástima de un poste de luz que fastidiaba algo la vista desde la terraza y los baños tampoco están tan mal como lo pintan algunos comentarios.
