We enjoyed the friendly staff who was more than accommodating ensuring our stay in Crete although short was enjoyable. The location was optimal giving us the best experience around the seaside. Close to Airport and City Centre. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks.

Ontas location. Hania's port is just a corner away. Excellent staff. One of the MOST helpful staff we have ever encountered. She (Filia) gave us a lot of great suggestions that you will never find in travel books. Great value for money. Complimentary Raki (Local produced spirit) and very well equipped kitchen where coffee and honey are available for free. A bar located next door can be noisy at times. However, it didnt bother us at all (we stay at 3rd floor and didnt hear anything).

The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of very good tips, such as nice beaches outside town and nice places to visit around the airport before flying back to London.

Better on the inside than on the outside. We had a spacious, split level room with a double bed in a loft area. A nice balcony for sitting outside or for drying clothes. Great location in the Old Town and near the little harbour and lots of great restaurants. No Wifi in the room, but available downstairs. No breakfast on offer.

The building is fabulous, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The quad room at the top is very charming: it has a lower gallery with two single beds, and a mezzanine with a double. Some of the fixtures need a little bit of work, especially in the bathroom.

Great location and the staff were excellent. There was no staff permanently on site but they left us the run of the place with access to clean linen and the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with some basics (coffee, bread, butter, jam, milk and oranges) which was free for guest use. Free wifi was available at reception and our first floor room. A nice touch was the owner giving us some oranges for our car trip on departure. One of the beds duvees smelt. There were two dogs opposite our window which barked at anyone who walked down the alley in between which made it quite noisy until the bars closed.

The girl, who owns the hotel was so friendly and helpful. We had an room upgrade, the room was really comfortable. The hotel was in a nice area, approximately 10 minutes to the center.
