The "Orloff" is a genuine, historic Hydra mansion, turned into an A- class hotel.
It has all the characteristics of the traditional architecture of Hydra: thick walls, hidden interior courtyards and a beautiful garden. The house was built by the admiral G.Orloff in 1798 and has been lovingly restored to Hydra's finest and most characteristic hotel.
Hydra, at the time, was one of the rare territories with relative freedom, and was called "little England" thanks to its powerful fleet and great wealth.
G. Orloff fell in love with the island and decided to built a house on it.
This is up to this day, the Orloff House, a hospitable space for fun and relaxation.

A 2-minute walk from the Orloff is the unique Hydra port, the restaurants, bars and nightlife.
