The location was excellent. The staff was polite and friendly, the room clean and the view from our room very nice! Internet is not free of charge.The breakfast menu is the same for each morning,whioch is very boring for few days! |

Management was there to help you 24/7 with anything you need and they were very accomodating. The location of the Hotel was also ideal for exploring the entire Island of Zakynthos. |

Great view on the Sea as well as on part of the city of Zakynthos; comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful people at Reception; nice breakfast; strategic position, as the hotel is close to the city centre and to a couple of main roads. The hotel is perfect for conferences and events but also for families and single travellers. Internet connection on the 4th floor was not perfect, considering also the fact that it is not for free; a little further efford on rooms' cleaness would be appreciated; there was a small problem with the badge, so electricity turned off a few times even after having the card changed. |

I liked the hotel. It was close to the beach and walking distance to everything including the square with all the outdoor bars at night. The room was comfy, had wi-fi, tv, a balcony with a sea view and we really enjoyed our stay. Not that I can comment on. The reception staff were very nice, wasn't too impressed with the bar person...but no big deal. |

The only thing that i liked was the view because we could see the sea, not a spectacular view but not something that you see every day. The bathroom was very bad, the walls had traces of mold making to be a strench of breathing. The room was quite small for a 4 star hotel. |

Very nice hotel, our room had a very nice view to the sea, the location of the hotel was very close to the center of the city. Very nice, helpfull and politre staff (a very special thenk you to Narcisa). I think that the breakfast is the weak point of this hotel (as for many other hotels in Greece, actually). |

we had a really nice sea view and the breakfast was very good and was attended by friendlier staff. the reception staff, particularly on arrival, were unfriendly and curt. the drain in the bathroom was very loose and came away from the floor a number of times when we stepped on it. we would have preferred a double bed but had two singles instead. i would consider the hotel to be adequate for a one or two night stay in reasonable comfort but i would not consider it to be upmarket in any way. |

Τίποτα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανάκριβο για τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει... 5 μέρες διαμονή και τα σεντόνια αλλάχθηκαν μόνο μια φορά... Πλαστική μπανιέρα καμένη από τσιγάρο αμέτρητες φορές, προσωπικό ψυχρό (λέγαμε καλημέρα και δεν απαντούσαν καν...). Το κλιματιστικό απαρχαιομένο μέσα στο δωμάτιο με πολύ μικρή ψύξη. Αύγουστο μήνα ψυθήκαμε για τα καλά... Το υποτιθέμενο μινι μπάρ ήταν μια σοκολάτα πεταμένη μέσα στο ψυγείο, μια πέπσι, μια σπράιτ, ένα νερό και μια μπύρα φτινιάρικη. Ούτε ανοιχτίρι για την μπύρα δεν σκεφτήκαν να έχουν... Η τηλεόραση ήταν μια σπασμένη παλιά τηλεόραση με 5 κανάλια διεθνή από την νόβα, και όλα τα ελληνικά από απλή κεραία η οποία 4 από τις πέντε μέρες δεν λειτουργούσε καν. |

La spiaggia è veramente a pochi passi, ma l'albergo non ha strutture sulla piccola spiaggia che peraltro è sporca e trascurata, molta immondizia e abbandono, pertanto bisogna spostarsi in auto per trovare ua spiaggia decente. |

Opklapbed, in plaats van een normaal bed waar wel voor betaald moet worden. Zwarte randen in de badkamer, klein balkon, ook hier is geen rekening gehouden met een derde persoon. ligging redelijk ver buiten centrum.De site ziet er goed uit, op hiervan geboekt. Eenmaal gezien zou ik dit hotel nooit hebben geboekt, te duur voor wat het is. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön nahe am Zentrum der Stadt, aber doch so weit entfernt um den "Lärm" nicht als störend zu empfinden. Das "amerikanische" Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend, wenn auch überschaubar.Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Dier Zimmer wurden tägl. gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Ausstattung des Hotels entspricht den 4 Sternen, allerdings sind die Zimmer vor allem die Badezimmer doch sehr veraltet und Renovierungsbedürftig (Spakige/ Pilzige? Fugen und Dichtungen. Das Dreibettzimmer war nur mit einem Zustellbett versehen gewesen. Für 2 Nächte o.k., aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht zumutbar und dann zu teuer. |
