Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was almost impossible to find. The driving instructions used Greek names and alphabet for directions. We would not have found the hotel if a friendly Greek we asked for directions had not led us there in his personal car. |

Room with balcony and view to lake - as requested. Central location good for me; 5 min walk from bus station; In middle of shops/boutiques area; 10 mins to bazaar area. In house bar and restaurant (though somewhat expensive) Hotel a bit tired. Though very polite, reception staff could give no help on touristic issues. Generally staff did not seem very happy in their jobs |

proximity to things in the town The rooms were not as nice as the pictures. The hotel smelled of smoke very badly, the staff was friendly but did not speak english very well. |

I did a review of the hotel on epinions.com. Personnel were courteous and proficient. The hotel is well run and the hotel's parking was a major plus in a congested city. Lack of soundproofing, a very substandard breakfast, difficulty of getting there were key annoyances. The practice of keeping the air conditioning remotes at the front desk seemed a little strange and inconvenient. The main problem is that this is a very dreary town. The only sign we saw to the hotel's parking was pointing the wrong way down a one way street. |

The staff were very good. The owner/manager was very approachable and freindly and I felt that the staff took pride in their performance. They were very helpful. The hotel was clean, affordable, and the facilities were good for the price. No complaints. I have stayed in places at lot worse and paid a lot more. It was a good hotel. |

L'avantage de l'hôtel est qu'il est situé à proximité du centre historique et du centre-ville (restaurants, commerces, bars, etc.). Un autre avantage est qu'il dispose d'un grand parking gratuit. |

The personnel was very friendly.Very convenient secured parking. I think the price is a bit high compared to the other hotels with similar equiped rooms in town. |
