We stayed at this hotel being in transit. The hotel is clean. Family room is a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel looks good and has a private parking. The location is very noisy. All night we could not rest because of the scooter, motorcycle and garbage truck noise from the street

More than adequate, comfortable, shower and bathroom are significantly above the normal for europe--view from 4th floor east is exellent, beds firm comfortable, AC works well, ventilation great, privacy exellent, internet access very good and easy with wireless, attrictive dining area, breakfast average, parking GREAT. Highly recommend for the average traveler. Can't put any negatives on this hotel--classic older European hotel well refurbished with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Salle de bain tres propre, accomodante et fonctionnel ( bain, douche, seche-cheveux, etc.) Personnel agreable et aidant ( transport bagage, renseignement, etc.). Insonorisation de la chambre. Cependant dans la norme des hotels grecs.

σε κεντρικό σημείο που βολεύει να κινηθείς χωρίς αμάξι στην πόλη. καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. τα δωμάτια δεν είχαν καλή ηχομόνωση. παλια πατωματα.ακουγες καποιον εξω απο το δωματιο να περπαταει, να μιλάει και γενικα η ποιοτητα κατασκευης έχει την αισθηση του πολυ παλιου ξενοδοχείου. οπως και η ποιότητα των σεντονιών και κουβερτών.

ηταν μια ευχαριστη εκπληξη.μεσα στο κεντρο σε αποσταση περπατηματος απο σταθμους συγκοινωνιων,ταξι...καθαρο,ανετο....πολυ καλο....το συνιστω ειδικα αν καποιος επισκεπτεται τα ιωαννινα για δουλειες...αριστο value for money

Είναι στο κέντρο, κοντά στα μαγαζιά για αγορές αλλά και για νυχτερινή έξοδο. Παρόλα αυτά είχε ησυχία. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό και δεν υπήρχε καμία κρυφή χρέωση. Στα θετικά το πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο, εξοπλισμένο με σαμπουάν, μικρή λίμα, βαμβάκι, κτλ. Μόνο το πιστολάκι στο μπάνιο! Πολύ δύσκολο στη χρήση, ιδίως αν είσαι κάτω από 1,70. Σταματούσε συνέχεια!!

πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, όπως φαίνεται απ το παρακάτω: για μια ακόμη φορά αποδεικνύεται προβληματική η λειτουργία του booking.com όσον αφορά τις παρατηρήσεις του πελάτη κατά την υποβολή της κράτησης (πεδίο "σχόλια πελάτη"). είχα γράψει ότι θέλουμε διπλό κρεβάτι. η ειδοποίηση που είχε φτάσει προς το ξενοδοχείο δεν το ανέφερε. παρ όλα αυτά, το ξενοδοχείο μας εξυπηρέτησε και άλλαξε το δωμάτιο που είχε αρχικά κρατήσει για μας
