The room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable; the view of the lake was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant. The hotel allowed smoking in the restaurant; the reception staff could be a little more friendly and show a willingness to answer questions. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was almost impossible to find. The driving instructions used Greek names and alphabet for directions. We would not have found the hotel if a friendly Greek we asked for directions had not led us there in his personal car. |

Το πάρκινγκ που είχε, επειδή η πόλη των Ιωαννίνων έχει πρόβλημα πάρκινγκ και είναι μέρος της προσφοράς του ξενοδοχείου, καθώς και η τοποθεσία του, ως ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης, που γιά τον επισκέπτη είναι πολύ βολική. 1. Ένας χώρος σαλονιού θα ήταν οφέλιμος με σέρβις καφετέριας, σνάκς και απαλής μουσικής 2. Θα συνιστούσαμε μία ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια καθώς και οι εξώπορτες των δωματίων είναι οι παλαιές ξύλινες. 3. Η μουσική της καφετέριας του εστιατορίου πρέπει να βελτιωθεί, και να υπάρχει άπαλή μουσική, που να κρατά τον πελάτη. 4.Θα χρειαστεί μία ράμπα στην είσοδο γιά τους ανάπηρους καθώς και γιά τη μεταφορά των βαλιτσών που έχουν ρόδες μιάς και όλες πιά οι βαλίτσες διαθέτουν ρόδες. |

L'avantage de l'hôtel est qu'il est situé à proximité du centre historique et du centre-ville (restaurants, commerces, bars, etc.). Un autre avantage est qu'il dispose d'un grand parking gratuit. |
