I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great location for the public transport. I would not hesitate in recommending this to my friends and I would certainly use this hotel again |

Great location by the beach, very close to tram and close enough to Glyfada center. The hotel staff was very pleasant as well as professional and everything worked as promised the rooms were not new or luxurious but clean and very appropriate for the rate. I got exactly what I expected and was very pleased. Would definitely stay there again to be at Glyfada and by the beach without having to spend a fortune. It would be lovely if the rooms' furniture and decor was newer, but then again I guess it would be a lot more expensive! Nothing bad about this place, really a great deal! |

the hotel was well placed to visit Athens - about 40 minutes by tram and the tram stop was very near the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and meals served at the Waves restaurant in the hotel were of a high standard. |

Very nice hotel and just a short walk to the beach (less then 5 mins). The staff are fantastic and overall provided and exceptional service. Location is fantastic if you want a quiet holiday, but at the same time is not far (10min walk) from night spots and excellent restaurants. Highly recommended |

Liked the location of the hotel, close to the beach and shopping, easy access to tram. Free and easy parking is a plus, particularly in Greece. |

I liked being very close to the tram so going to the Plaka was easy- And going to the pay beaches was very easy as well. The Palmyra is also a short walk to downtown, and finding restaraunts in the evening was easy. Chris also made reservations for 8 and the best Greek food I'd ever had. I would of liked a rooftop garden restaraunt and bar. |

Our room air conditioning did not work and it was very HOT! We asked to be moved to another room, and were told if they could not fix it they would move us. After attempt to fix it failed, we were told it was a problem all over the hotel so they would not move us. However, every place we went inside the hotel (hallway, lobby, restaurant) except for our room was very cool, so we feel we were lied to and they just did not want to bother moving us. We woke up at 5 a.m. drenched in sweat and feeling ill from the heat. We went down to the lobby where it was very cool and hung out there until it was time to leave! |

This is our second stay at the hotel and we expect to return in the near future. The hotel is very well run and an enjoyable place to spend a night or a few days. The food is excellent. Draft beer is shown on the menu but is still not available. As I recall, this was also true three years ago! |

The reception staff , the breakfast room staff , including the cleaning staff, they were all wonderfull. Also being near the tram station. The only thing I did not like was the pre cooked fried eggs, at breakfast time. Otherwise the hotel was marvelous. Well done. |

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is clean and comfortable and in a great location, one block from the Tram directly into the city. It takes 45 minutes to get to Athens via Tram (less than 1 eur). The breakfast was great, eggs, ham, bacon, danishes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, jelly, orange juice and coffee. Free transporation from airport to hotel but 7.50 euros going back to Airport. Most of the hotel staff were rude by American standards. One man from India was very friendly though. |
