I liked being very close to the tram so going to the Plaka was easy- And going to the pay beaches was very easy as well. The Palmyra is also a short walk to downtown, and finding restaraunts in the evening was easy. Chris also made reservations for 8 and the best Greek food I'd ever had. I would of liked a rooftop garden restaraunt and bar. |

Our room air conditioning did not work and it was very HOT! We asked to be moved to another room, and were told if they could not fix it they would move us. After attempt to fix it failed, we were told it was a problem all over the hotel so they would not move us. However, every place we went inside the hotel (hallway, lobby, restaurant) except for our room was very cool, so we feel we were lied to and they just did not want to bother moving us. We woke up at 5 a.m. drenched in sweat and feeling ill from the heat. We went down to the lobby where it was very cool and hung out there until it was time to leave! |

This is our second stay at the hotel and we expect to return in the near future. The hotel is very well run and an enjoyable place to spend a night or a few days. The food is excellent. Draft beer is shown on the menu but is still not available. As I recall, this was also true three years ago! |

The reception staff , the breakfast room staff , including the cleaning staff, they were all wonderfull. Also being near the tram station. The only thing I did not like was the pre cooked fried eggs, at breakfast time. Otherwise the hotel was marvelous. Well done. |

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is clean and comfortable and in a great location, one block from the Tram directly into the city. It takes 45 minutes to get to Athens via Tram (less than 1 eur). The breakfast was great, eggs, ham, bacon, danishes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, jelly, orange juice and coffee. Free transporation from airport to hotel but 7.50 euros going back to Airport. Most of the hotel staff were rude by American standards. One man from India was very friendly though. |

The hotel location was convenient to the Tram and beach. There were local resturants nearby with good food. The location was fairly quite. The desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The room was clean but not comfortable. The beds were very hard/uncomfortable and the bathroom toilet did not work well. |

The Staff were very helpful; proximity to the beach and the Tram. Traffic noise during the week, but this could be overcome by closing the balcony door and turning on the air-con low. |
