We are delighted with the friendly, warm and welcoming to the owners! Clean, pleasant surroundings, stunning sea views and olive groves. Delicious homemade food. We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.The hosts are very friendly, helpful and nice people, which made our stay at the hotel very pleasant.We felt like home all the time. :) The rooms are well furnished, with a wonderful sea view.. Me and my family highly recommend Panaretos rooms to everyone.

For us was a perfect location. It is near the seaside, with private beach (with stones 4-5 steps but with sandbags for not crack on stones), located in a beautiful garden (with a lot of flowers and olives trees), far from the town noise (perfect for relaxation) , with clean rooms (they clean the rooms and change the towels every day). The breakfast was ok and besides other dishes they have homemade cookies and green tea from the garden. The owners are very kind and friendly.

A perfect combination of familiarity and professional treatment. Excellent family hotel. The owner are always ready to help you. You have a wonderful view from terrace over the see. Nice place for staying. We could enjoy here a long time.

It's difficult to find the hotel. You saw one board only for direction.

This is the perfect location for any holiday by the seaside. The hosts are very friendly and the rooms are extreemly clean. The room was daily cleaned and the towels were also daily changed - better than at many 5 stars locations that i stayed at. We will deffinitely return and stay minimum 2 weeks.

Hello guys ! I tell you just one thing: if you want to taste a piece of Heaven on Earth, come to Panaretos. You'll have a warm welcoming and you'll be fully surrounded with nice and gentle care, by the family who owns this place. Excelent hotel and facilities, placed 30 meters from the clearest sea water I've ever seen.

They clean the room everyday, and the beautiful olives garden just near the sea. It is a very relaxing area. I recomand this accomodation to groups of families with childrens.

We bought from booking a triple room and they gave us a double with an extra bed.The hotel do not have restaurant and you need to go every day with the car to eat in Skala Prinou wich is not faraway, only 2 km.The breakfast is very basic, every day the same, no cereals, no fruit, no meat, no espresso cafe.

I really enjoyed my time at Panaretos Rooms. The owner is a very kind and friendly person as well as an excellent professionist. The hotel`s location is perfect...maybe remoted to some tastes but it was exactly what I was looking for. The price was extremely attractive and there were nothing to complain about. The cleaning was carried on every single day and the bedsheets were changed every two days. I recommend this location to everyone.

Perfect 10 for a perfect experience! The location is amazing, the garden is vast and perfumed, really, the photos don't tell not even half of the story. The rooms and the kitchen are new and tastefully decorated, everything is cleaned impeccably and very cozy. But the ice on the cake is this hotel is a family run business and Mrs. and Mr. Panaretos make you feel like the most welcomed guest, they are very a discrete presence, but always in place when needed. I totally recommend it!

I have excellent experience during my stay at Panaretos Rooms mostly because of the wonderful nature that surround Panaretos Rooms, the beautiful garden with olive groves and the see view. The rooms were new and clean. The breakfast was very nice with homemade oil, green tea from the garden and homemade cookies. The owners of the rooms are family people who were very very kind, friendly and helpful during all stay. I would like to thank to madam Kristalia and her family for the hospitality. I hope that I will have another chance to visit this beautiful place. Highly recommend to everyone.

We fully enjoied our time in this wonderfull place, which had everything that we needed to feel total relax and calmness. A perfect location- close view to the sea, warm,hospitable and care hosts. Accommodation and service are excellent.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The room was not suitable for a bigger family.

тишину и покой создали, интеллигентные учителя местной школы, в своей древней оливковой роще . деревья всегда принадлежали семье панаретос .оливам более 2000 лет! они помнят рождество христово! с любовью посажены цветы вокруг олив. создаётся маленький рай. берег укреплён белым мрамором,а дно моря белым песочком. закаты сказочные из всех номеров! по такому чуду жалко было ходить ногами. жаль ,что люди не летают! завтраки ,приготовленные хозяйкой,были прекрасны! её чай и запеканка с фетой,оливковым маслом ,перчиком и помидорами – чудо! мы обязательно еще к вам вернемся. здоровья и удачи вам- господин анастасиос и госпожа кристалия ! Peace and quiet created by educated local school teachers, in his ancient olive grove. The trees always belonged to the family Panaretos. Olive trees are over 2000 years old! They remember Christmas! With love planted flowers around Olives make the feeling of paradise. The seaside is small fortified with white marble, and there is a white sand bottom of the sea . Sunsets are fabulous from all rooms! It was miserably to step on such miracle ground. It is a pity that people do not fly! Breakfasts prepared by hostess were very lovely! Celý pobyt byl pohodový. Výborné prostředí, zahrada navazující přímo na moře. Vzhledem k vybavení není vůbec nutné se starat o plážová lehátka nebo slunečníky. To vše je k dispozici a zdarma. Případně je možné využít přírodního stínu, které poskytnou olovovníky. Snídané zajišťované paní Kristali Panaretos byly jedinečné, přírodní džemy, speciality místní kuchyně, to vše čerstvé za použití místních surovin. Péče rodiny Panaretos o své návštěvníky byla víc než příkladná. Celý pobyt provázel zájem pana a paní Panaretos o naši plnou spokojenost. Paní Kristali Panaretos navíc vždy dala nějaký tip na to co navštívit, např. místní lidovou slavnost ve vesnici Mega Prinos, nebo pravidelný pondělní trh ve městě Prinos. Objekt Panaretos stojí mimo obydlenou část městečka Prinos, je uprostřed olivových hájů, proto spíš vyhovuje lidem, kteří hledají klid, samotu, relax a nevyhledávají rušná letoviska u moře. Za zmínku stojí velká starostlivost a péče o úklid čistotu na pokojích, výměna ručníků každý druhý den. Denně byl prováděn úklid. Pro nás to byla jedna z nejhezčích dovolených za poslední roky.

Schází označení samotného objektu u hlavní silnice v Prinosu. Postrádali jsme odkládací poličku ve sprchovém boxu. Mýdlo a šampon se musel pokládat na podlahu vedle sprchového boxu.

Отличный семейный отель, очень дружелюбные хозяева. Отель расположен в оливковой роще, в 20 метрах от от пляжа. Отдых изумительный!

Разположението на хотела е наистина прекрасно, точно на брега на морето. Стаите не са много големи, но всяка стая има балкон от който се открива вълшебна морска гледка. В стаите е наистина много чисто, което за мен лично е изключително важно! Собствениците са много мили и отзивчиви! Горещо препоръчвам!

Комплексът е идеален за отдих.

Апартаменты для спокойного семейного отдыха. Очень удобные аккуратные номера. Уборка производится ежедневно. Есть кухня со всей необходимой утварью для приготовления пищи (если есть желание). В любое время можно попить кофе или чай. Море очень чистое, расположено в 10-15 м от отеля. Отель находится в оливковой роще, где есть прекрасный газон и огромное количество цветов. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, внимательные и доброжелательные люди. На завтрак хозяйка угощает очень вкусными пирогами, которые готовит сама. Все сделано с любовью для наилучшего отдыха!

τέλειες εγκαταστάσεις,πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια άνετα με θέα που σε ξεκουράζει,πλήρες ελληνικό πρωινό,φανταστικός κήπος,άνετο και ήρεμο περιβάλον με την θάλασσα μπροστά στα πόδια σου και φανταστικοί άνθρωποι οι ιδιοκτήτες.

Η εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής προς υπηρεσίες και το προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον που δείχνουν οι ιδιοκτήτες να είναι όλα εντάξει. Δεν είναι κάποιο πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο, είναι απλά δωμάτια και γι αυτό που είναι είναι εξαιρετικά. Μου άρεσε πολύ και το απλό αλλα φρέσκο πρωινό που έφτιαχνε η ίδια η ιδιοκτήτρια κάθε μέρα (π.χ σπιτικό κεικ και τυρόπιτες)

Изключително приятелско посрещане. Домакините са прекрасни - много мили и гостолюбиви хора. Разположението е прекрасно. Природата и морето са примамливо чисти и тихи. Закуската е само от екологично чисти храни, често домашно приготвени и невероятно вкусни и здравословни. Препоръчваме ви да посетите това спокойно и уютно място.

L'oliveraie et le jardin au bord de la mer! l'accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires, le petit déjeuner abondant avec des plats grecques faits maison, le calme, la vue sur la mer et la montagne... L'équipement tout neuf.

Oreillers trop gros! Eclairage nocturne du jardin qui fait concurrence aux étoiles!...
