Un ottima colazione a buffet ed una fantastica piscina. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Veramente sgradevole ed inopportuno l'imposizione di una tassa per inserire prodotti personali nel frigo bar. Un hotel di questa classe non dovrebbe cadere in queste bassezze. Ho ritenuto inoltre eccessivo il costo di Euro 2.40 per una bottiglietta d'acqua del frigo bar( un furto). |

We liked the friendliness of the staff and the fact that the bus into Chania stopped right outside the hotel The food was average and the fitness centre wasn't air-conditioned. The hotel was probably in need of a renovation. |

The infinity pool is the only nice thing about this hotel Hotel is in need of renovation as the rooms are old and dated. Five star? I don't think so not by any stretch of the imagination |

Swimming pool, breakfast, views of sea and mountain, gym Sauna is payable and you must make a reservation for it in order to be heated. Beef meat is not available if you order it at some hours and they tell you that after you make the orders and they check the deposit (this issue had happened twice in consecutive evenings). Access to the swimming pool is allowed only between 09:00 and 19:00, afterwards they forbid the use of it due to some cleaning substances that they say it is used for the rest of the 14 hours... |

Good location and view. Prompt room service. Clean The main comment is that this hotel is not really a 5 star hotel rather it is a good 3 star / poor 4 Star hotel. Another point we did not like was that they did not read our request (we were honeymooning and requested to be in the Panorama blue section which is supposedly good). We got no upgrade or any special treatment because of our honeymoon in contrast to the other 2 hotels we stayed. We didn't like the breakfast time which was till 9:30, which was way too early for vacations, meaning that there was a lot of people trying to have breakfast between 9:00 - 9:30 with not enough tables to sit !!! The hotel staff was also rude on occasions. The rate was too high for what it was offered |

the location of the hotel is good. the pools in the hotel is just great!!! the view of both sea view room and pool are really stunning. The food is awful!!!! and the rooms are really old, no comfortable at all. like three stars! the service of hotel staff is just ok. |

The best is the view and the infinit swimming pool. It´s close to Chania and has transfers till 10pm. The tour desk is also recomended, and the breakfast is delicious. The pool bar has good offers for lunch in a very reasonable price. A beach hotel, with all facilities and close to Chania. What more can you ask for? |

La piscine, la vue sur la mer, le restaurant avec vue, la proximité de la Canée (idéalement avoir une voiture mais se fait très bien en transport). Cela ne vaut quand même pas un 5 étoiles de certains autres pays. |

L'infrastructure extérieure (piscine, vue sur mer, restaurant) est sublime. Situation à 5 Km de La Canée idéale. Bon point de départ pour visite de l'ouest de la Crete. Architecture et intérieur de l'hotel un peu vieillot. Chambres petites pour 3. |

Zwembad is vernieuwd en is mooi; eten in de poolbar is goed Prijs/kwaliteit: niet correct. Airconditioning voldoet / werkt niet ! Slecht ontbijt en slechte service tijdens ontbijt (10 minuten wachten op aanvullen water en/of koppen, terwijl er 7 personeelsleden rondlopen). Hotel is aan verfrissing en renovatie toe. Ligging aan drukke weg, afhankelijk van vervoer. |

In het begin waren we een tikkeltje ontgoocheld, tot we na 3 dagen van kamer konden veranderen naar het nieuwere deel van het hotel, mits een kleine opleg, waar alles meer privé was. Het zwembad kon gedeeld worden met slechts enkele personen, gratis drankje voor het diner, wijn en fruit op de kamer, apart ontbijt, allemaal zaken die er in het oudere deel niet zijn. Ontbijtbuffet is niet ruim ruim, maar zeker voldoende. Diner niet te veel keuze, maar wel afwisselend en toch mogelijk om elke dag soep, voorgerecht, hoofdschotel en nagerecht op een andere wijze samen te stellen. Vriendelijk personeel. Bus voor het hotel, 20 minuten rijden tot gezellig stadscentrum aan de haven. Tijdens het verblijf was de airco 1,5 dagen stuk en de kamer snikheet. Als je een vijfsterrenhotel neemt is het niet normaal als je geen airco hebt. Dit werd nadien opgelost door ons een kamer te geven (mits opleg van 25 euro per nacht) in het nieuwe deel van het hotel, met perfect werkende airco. |
