the room was a good size and warm. the bed was comfortable. the balcony was large and not overlooked. the breakfast was good. I thought the bar prices were too expensive so I did not use it. The reception area was too smoky. |

Great view, nice room, good location Breakfast and personnel attitude. Breakfast, since it was poor and there was no buffet selection (we were served at the table!), no eggs/bacon/cake etc as promised, while customers were arguing with the personnel |

quiet areea, nice staff noisy rooms: you can hear almost everything from your neighbours. Cheap blankets: you will have cold in winter season. No restaurant, poor and expensive breakfast. |

The hotel itself is new, clean, with nice rooms, in a quiet area The "panorama" is not really what was expected; although new, the hotel has still some problems to be fixed (e.g. breakfast unavailable at 08:00, no bartender); hopefully next year things will be better. |
